What do you like best about the product?
Provides the best services across multiple perspectives of cyber threats and Risks. Best in the market so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability: since they appear to go offline at times and FP rates in alerts

Protecting my organisation in every perspective, providing actionable intelligence and insights about threats and risks ahead in time.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sandbox is very helpful in analyzing Phishing emails, attachments, and malicious websites. The threat intelligence modules are helpful to get information on companies, programs, current events in information security, and information regarding vulnerabilites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative about my experrience with Recorded Future thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists us with Threat Intelligence which improves our security posture. The Sandbox feature is especially helpful, I use it daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Research Group Insikt helps us stay safe by providing trusted Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) for proactive threat hunting. Our carefully checked IOCs help our security team spot potential threats early, keeping defenses strong and improving overall cybersecurity
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any bad experiences with Recorded Future

Strong verified IOCs and curated research that assiats in proactive threat hunts

Website takedowns are probably the best feature we utilize.

Wish there was more details with the alerts and more functionality in reviewing potential threat websites within the application.

Whenever an imposter website is found by us or RF, their takedown service is user friendly and fast.

I think the client interaction is some of the best out there. We're always working together to increase productivity and create solutions. The product just keeps getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think like any tool there's always a path of getting your scans and integration going. The problem is more on my side but once we work together it gets better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives insight into new issues every week for us and we are able to track vulnerabilities that appear and disappear. Keeps us proactive.
Great platform for threat intelligence teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, it's pretty and not hard to navigate. Quick to learn how to use the platform. I love the advanced query builder and how interactive it is to help build out queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features we would like to see are not in the platform. From a workflow perspective, things could be made easier to export to search through from data already collected.

Recorded Future is filling in the gaps for intelligence for my team. It is a great one stop shop to look at threat intelligence news and updates globally and organizationally.

There are many more customization features now. We can see more indepth details about threats, vulnerabilities, create alerts on them for literally everything and that is the added advantage
What do you dislike about the product?
When PoC is released for a vulnerability, it is update late on Rf. If we can have done it proactively with proper verified poc, it will be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that RF solves is knowing at what all places tha data/code has got leaked. Second one is up to date information of threat actors. Third i would call information about vulnerabilities like pocs etc

While the product is robust, there was a learning curve initially. Integrating Recorded Future with our existing systems required some effort, and we had to invest time in training our team to fully utilize its features. However, the support team was very responsive and helpful, which made the transition smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since implementing Recorded Future, we’ve seen a marked improvement in our security posture. The real-time alerts and comprehensive threat intelligence have enabled us to proactively address vulnerabilities and mitigate risks more effectively. This has not only improved our security but also boosted confidence among our stakeholders.
