What do you like best about the product?
How easy and fast it is to translate hundreds of keys to different languages.

The gitlab synchronization and the technical support.

We can translate all our sites, and plugins easily. Translators can work on the project in parallel and auto-translations are unblocking the current process.

What do you like best about the product?
Phrase Strings is my go-to tool for instructing students in the intricacies of localization, and I find it particularly commendable for its ability to provide a comprehensive view of the entire localization project lifecycle. From project management to translation work, this platform empowers students to actively engage in every facet of the process, offering them a unique and immersive learning experience. One standout feature is the inclusion of machine translation, which significantly enhances the educational journey by providing valuable insights and practical skills in line with the latest advancements in the field. This comprehensive approach, coupled with the efficiency of machine translation, truly sets Phrase Strings apart in facilitating an enriching and holistic learning environment for my students.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face issues uploading old translation memory and transferring glossaries from previous projects with other CAT tools into Phrase Strings. It's often a struggle to get it right

Phrase Strings serves as an invaluable tool for instructing students in the intricacies of localization. As a lecturer overseeing two courses at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, I have seamlessly integrated this platform into my curriculum. The adoption of Phrase Strings has not only elevated the educational experience for my students but has also bolstered the reputation of my courses, positioning them as cutting-edge, innovative, and aligned with the dynamic trends within the localization industry. The platform's user-friendly interface and robust features contribute to a comprehensive and modern learning environment, ensuring that my students are well-equipped with the latest skills and knowledge in this ever-evolving field.

What do you like best about the product?
As a translator I love the ease of access, the Q&A tools and the preview and export options for offline final proofreading.
The ability to download the source files is also very useful when the client "forget" this on the briefing.
When I put my project manager hat on, I love the flexibility to give the translator access only for a specific project so they can't be messing around with the files once delivered.
The new interface since the integration between Memsource and Phrase also is cleaner and more intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the future, I would like to see more stability when browsing and previewing large documents, which sometimes take a while to load.
The capability to automatically complete and confirm the repeated segments and having quick access to the logs of each segment modified would also be very useful.
In addition, the tags should be more flexible to adapt to the needs of different languages, as it is often difficult to keep the same order or spaces in the tags when transcreating the text.

Phrase allows me to easily manage my translation projects and avoid the hassles associated with working on offline documents.
Its TM and Q&A functions also improve the quality and consistency of the work delivered.
Among the translation tools I use regularly, Phrase is in the Top 3.
Although I think it needs to improve in aspects such as preview funcionalities, version control of modified segments and stability when working with large files.

My experience with Phrase TMS
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best MT tool I have used so far. As with all MT resources, human supervision is needed; but Phrase's suggestions are so accurate that translators can actually focus on their work, rather than obsessing over mistakes or innacuracies,
This is the tool that I use for all of my humanitarian volunteering projects, and I couldn't be happier because it took me very little time to be familiar with it; and now I can devote my time to the causes I believe in, instead of having to learn technical intricacies.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some documents that include tables, diagrams, etc. the segments that the tool proposes don't necessarily follow the same flow of information as in the original documents. Extra care and attention form the human translator is needed in order to make sure that in the finished version the original flow of information is respected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Phrase TMS CAT-related mistakes/innacuracies are significantly reduced; therefore translators can spend more of their time and energy doing theit work.
Helpful translation solution but has limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Love the Figma plug-in. Makes it really easy to add translations without manually having to add a screenshot and link keys. Relatively easy navigate, add jobs, organize projects. We use it as the main tool for holding translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a clear process of tracking changes if there are multiple reviewers for translations. I wish there was phone customer support.

Over the air translations, holding translations for localization, serving as the source-of-truth for our translations.
I didn't need any tutorial when I started. A natural process
What do you like best about the product?
Good and precise machine translation to many languages. Easy to edit translations, easy to make mass corrections through the whole document

When I correct any word, I don't like that little pop-up window, which gives suggestions for correcting, which are almost always wrong.

It assists my thinking process and makes translation easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear and easy to use, the number of features is quite easy to integrate. The frequency of use will allow you to work faster each time.

I don't always see the preview well, as the images don't always charge. But it's not imprescindible.

You save a lot of time as the text is usually pre-translated, and the outlay is good.

Keep track of all translations in one place. Work together without risk of overwriting other peoples data.
Great CAT tool, one of the fastest ones available online, with clear UI and easily usable functions.
What do you like best about the product?
I love its speed and reliability, and just how clear the UI is. User experience is a breeze in Phrase. Customer support is also quite reliable, but I only have second hand experience on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update brought along colours which make it hard to select the segment I need to check something in. Like when I run QA and there is an extra comma, it is hard to see where as it is not color coded differently - this was not an issue in older versions (or Memsource).

It is by far the most easly usable CAT tool I have ever worked with. That speaks volumes.
