Very smooth CAT tool experience
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple and easy to use. It runs well on Windows PCs and manages better than other tools when connections are unstable. I use it regularly for project work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if locked segments could be excluded from word counts, to better assess progress,

The platform is intuitive, easy to find features and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive, which makes it very easy to work with. All the features are well localized and easy to find and the QA is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the current layout of the tools in the rigt side, but that's because I'm not used to it yet. I also think that the concordance search feature could be more comprehensive but that has to do with the TM uploaded by the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to decrease the time used to translated by updating automatically the repeated segments which makes my time more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Phrase very frequently. The Phrase Localization Platform is user-friendly, easy to use and full of helpful functions to complete jobs quickly and faithfully. Aditionally the platform is being further developed according to the wishes of its users. And the suppot is always available with a short response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to other localization platforms there is nothing to complain about. Since the beginning of using the platform it has been further developed. Issues that may have bothered me at the beginning have disappeared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The free online provision of Phrase from the company I work for is a blessing. Phrase is assisting me with its functions to translate challenging source texts to receive a satisfying result. Through this platform I can save money and time, which is essential for my position as a freelance translator.

What do you like best about the product?
As a translator, I especially care about CAT tools being easy to use, fast intuitive, and flexible, so I can focus on creating high-quality translations. Phrase meets all my needs, and its user interface is very modern and appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the redesign, some features have been move, which requires some getting used to. I miss the "Hide ignored" button, since this makes the QA more tedious. I also miss the red cross at the end of the strings that are not confirmed, since this made it easy to spot the unconfirmed segments.
I am not a fan of substription based software, so I only use Phrase when my agencies provide me with a license.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Phrase, it is easy to translate multiple (small) files at once. As a translator, I am used to work with all kinds of CAT tools, and I really appreciate how fast and intuitive Memsource is. This really helps me to speed up my translation process.

What do you like best about the product?
TermBase and TransalationMemory is working fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
After 3 pm Swedish time the program gets slower and the program "hangs", which forces me to refresh the page quite often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives good suggestions for the target language, that require small changes.
Phrase is an easy-to-use TM platform with all the essential features free of charge
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase is great because it is easy to use but still has all the features you want in a TM software program. You don't have to worry about creating projects or choosing TM files or any of that because it's all handled on the agency side, and the fact that the software is web-based and free to use for translators is also a huge bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a major issue for me, but some people may take issue with the fact that TM files from their translations are not available for them to download, save on their computers, and use for other similar projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase allows me to work seamlessly with agencies and it must be easy to use for them as well since more and more seem to be adopting it for their projects.

-Occasional server issues (can't log in, slow access, etc.) that interfere with deadlines when the timing is bad.

Phrase increases translation speed for files with preset word databases and numerous word repetitions,
making it possible to handle file volumes that normally would have not been possible (solely with the likes of Word, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
The more I use it, the better my translation will be. I have been using this platform for 7 years, and there has not been much trouble. There is an update from time to time, and it gets better. Takes a little while to get used to it, and it was a bit difficult to understand this platform. Overall, I love this platform, and I would love to use it for a long time.

There should be help. AI helps to understand this platform.

It makes the translation much easier and faster. It solves cumbersome tasks of translation, and I can save time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the platform that it is hassle-free. It is not like the other platform which gets you to do a treasure hunt for features. In Phrase it is all at hands though full of features. The icons are clear and not mini sized. Working with Phrase is a real pleasure. I hate working with other platforms as they seems outdated and full of unnecessary features whereas it can be so much more easy. I am not wasting amymore my time for looking for terms that are in hidden places. No more packing and unpacking projects. No more waste of time converting files.

The new interface when it shows the projects. I still could not figure out how to filter them to show only new projects
