Straightforward and intuitive whilst offering all the features you need

What do you like best about the product?
All you need at hand. Much more intuitive than other similar platforms in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs may take quite long to be fixed (probably due to limited internal engineering resources), which can be discouraging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency, tracking and traceability, resulting in improved quality of the final product.

I like Phrase the most of all online tools

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, can export files, many functions. I use if frequently, almost on a daily basis. It was easy to implement and integrate with the other tools. Never needed Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to reviewing texts, it is a liitle more complicated to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all the texts in one place, Work goes smoothly.

Saves time and reduces mistakes

What do you like best about the product?
It uses AI to pre-translate documents making translation much faster. It has helped me save around 2 hours of work per day. The way it turns your document into segments that you have to tick as you go along means you don't miss out on any sections. It makes useful vocabulary suggestions and remembers your changes to homogenize the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't correct obvious mistakes in the source document and sometimes it picks the wrong synonym for the context but as a whole it is pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me save time, it allows me to have a more comprehensive view of each document, it allows me to translate alongside others and it helps me avoid issues with formatting.

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty intuitive for first time users of CAT tools; it has been really helpful to manage workflows and it has certainly increased productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can't work in the same project at the same time with other team members and the interface or layout of the page ...sometimes it feels a bit too crowded with information...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to increase productivity and work faster. Our turnaround times have decreased considerably. I wished the tool would learn certain things without having to include it in the translation memory...

Clean interface, easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Phrase offers a clean and intuitive interface with a minimal learning curve, especially for linguists with prior experience using the most common CAT tools. From the perspective of a freelance linguist, I was able to start using it immediately with no issues. The real-time preview window is also a big help. Also, after several years using the platform almost every day, I've almost never run into any issues with server lag or downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phrase has a handy mobile app that can be used to work on translations on the fly, a feature I greatly appreciate and often use. But unfortunately, the app will be deprecated in October 2024.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase simplifies task management and offers an easy interface for concordance searches and QA. It also has both online and desktop versions, which means I can work in various environments, online or offline.

The Figma-phrase plug-in, the Figma / screenshots import, the DeepL tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The linked keys because it doesn't work on my side, the tags already created are not shown when you add a new tag, the keys deleted in our backend are not deleted in Phrase, we have to do it manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
permit to search wordings in the code very easily to correct or change it quickly, it gives a lot of context to translators so we have a better translation quality, it permits also to release quickly some features even if our translators didn't have the time to check thanks to the pre-translation tool, permits to have all our interfaces managed in one translation tool

What do you like best about the product?
The concept: Giving non-technical and client-facing teams the ability to create and update keys to really adapt their product to their audience, constantly
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface, it's extremely hard to use. I have a hard time finding the right keys (that might be linked to our setup), but when translating and updating, it's not clear to me which ones are validated or empty. I really preferred the old interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said: Create and update translations for a SaaS platform that can adapt and evolve with the audience
