Beautiful and easy to use! It's interface makes so much easier the communication between devs and copydeck reviwers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no much to complain, just improve the loading of the keys in the locale editor page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a team that is global, and phrase have created a bridge between devs and copydeck reviwers, keeping a consistent document of strings.

Really easy-to-use tool, with great support and complete API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just to be nitpicky, I don't really understand some product choices in the main translation interface, but that might just be me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole localization flow is handled with Phrase, and rather easily.
Great improvement in translation flow and localization content management
What do you like best about the product?

- easy tracking of translation jobs and improved communication with translation offices (comments, mentions)
- possibility to introduce the translators to the context of translated wording (screens attachment, In-Context editor)
- API with cool possibilities of extracting by tags, using fallback languages, importing translations with a defined maturity level (reviewed, translated etc.)
- versioning and translation history
- suggestions mechanism (possible reuse from different projects across the company)
- easy upload mechanism for migration of previously used databases
- support for different formats of upload/download
- database branching

What do you dislike about the product?
As a future improvement it would be nice to see some sort of variants for a text with unique key to create length variations, similar to how it is handled for pluralization. E.g. key1.short, key1.medium, key1.long. This would help out to translate consistently for the whole ecosystem of devices with different display restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage that I see so far is the possibility to "chunk" the content. I don't have to create massive translation requests anymore. It is much easier to translate as the project evolves in iterative manner.
Other than that it is much easier to tackle the possible errors in translations given the nice, clean interface and branching mechanism.
The graphical interface creates also the possibility of including multiple stakeholders who can monitor the process and contribute to it. Everything is happening online.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for improved translation management in agile SW development process including multiple translation offices and big volumes of translations than Phrase is the way to go :)
Very user-friendly localization platform
What do you like best about the product?
The great customer support. When I contact them and give them feedback on their UX, they are quick to respond and to resolve the issue. I really feel like Phrase values UX a lot and tries to enhance their platform every day.
In terms of the platform, I like that it is easy to use, a new user cann understand it in a couple of minutes and it has eveything one could need for a successful localization (context, glossary, jobs...).

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the source language text is not shown completely on small screens. But Phrase showed me how to fix the issue (scale your browser zooming to 80%).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We localize our English website into different new languages.
Like that our company can reach more customers and make more profit.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the GitHub synch function. Easy export changes in translations to your GitHub repository. An import from GitHub to Phrase is possible, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer who like to easily maintain translations I cannot really complain about anything to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and handy translation maintenance for mobile and web applications.
perfect tool for inventory language texts
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the magnifier in the first page where I can just a word or key and this will be search on all projects. I also like the quickly answer from all their coworkers from Phrase app. They always answer all questions
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I think that the part of activity should be improved. I do not like to scroll down until I find the key which has been changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently work with the display of 14 different languages worldwide. With phrase app I am able to manage them all. I can load the texts for each key with a file (when the number of keys is big) and I also can export the keys with its translations in an excel file. I can provide a number of locales (languages) to each project differently to the each other.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
easy to use, super service when you have questions as the phrase app coworkers answer very fast. Phrase app is improving all the time and they always offer webinars and explain all new features.
