Good for starters, but lacks key features for larger orgs/more complex needs
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly user friendly interface, good visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks many useful integrations and lacks the specialization technology to really stand up to full-fledged development use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG is a solid CRM that can handle gift recognition and tracking well, and we've used it for a few years for those purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the ability to migrate data and the interface. We are definitely communicating with our donors and others on a more regular basis. As a fan, I have been able to convince three additional organizations that I work with to invest in Network for Good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an option for better tracking of sponsors. Currently, it is a bit bumpy when developing an event with sponsorship levels. Workarounds are there but a "sponsorship" module would be a great addition.
Currently, your policy is to only work with 501 (c)3 organizations. You might benefit from making your organization available to member groups, too, as they often have "do good" programming under their umbrella of work. Some examples are Elks Clubs, Fraternal Orders of Police, Rotary clubs, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my organizations is brand new. Having Network for Good from the beginning is definitely going to help us track our fundraising and communication trends.

The Network for Good team is very helpful and responsive. There are plenty of knowledge base resources.
Network for Good for the WIN!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Network for Good allows me easy access to our donor data. With the click of a button, I can see who gave, how much and how often.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit spendy but other than that, I have no dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can thank our donors promptly with a personalize letter. I have info at my fingertips to show me what donors give, how often they give and when they give. I can also generate email easily and have it sent quickly. We have seen an increase in our donations because of Network for Good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the customer service features and consider paying the extra funds for the coaching. :-)

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily keep track of all of the donations that come in to our business. It is very user friendly and easy to learn. We write letters every month to thank our donors and can send them via mail, email or even video and it is very easy to keep track of everything. We also use it to send out year end statements to donors. The graphs provide easy viewing of giving and information over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we have ever had a problem with is formatting of letters (spacing changes) after we have written them but it was easily fixed by customer service using the chat option.

Bonterra fundraising lets us easily write letters to mail out or email to raise money and awareness for our company. It has been very beneficial to our company and easy to use so that we can communicate with our donors in an easy, manageable fashion. We also use it to log in all of our donations and send out tax statements at the end of the year as well as monthly thank you letters and receipts.

This is a great software if you are looking for a user friendly software to keep track of donations and for donor support services.

What do you like best about the product?
It might be a good place for a non-profit to start from, but we outgrew it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had a very old feeling to it. It didn't have as many features as the competitors, and we just couldn't continue paying for a service that was so limited and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it only for donation management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at your other options first. We ended up switching to Neon CRM, because it offered more modern features and services.

I wish there was more options for integrations with other software/programs.

Network for Good is a great way to customize your fundraising efforts and target exactly who and what you want to gain. I also LOVE the resources with the constant webinars teaching you how to better your fundraising strategies

Nothing, honestly, Network for Good is a great tool for fundraising professionals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customization of fundraising campaigns and fundraising pages. It is so great to be able to create a fundraising page for each of your campaigns and see exactly how the campaign is going in real time.

If you are looking to upgrade or even learn more about the fundraising world, check out Network for Good fundraising. They have so many incredible uses as well as webinars to keep you up to to date on all things fundraising via social, web. etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to sell event tickets and then track the process through the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the ability to be able to add check boxes in records that I can then pull a report showing all records in which this box has been checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of donations and ticket sales. Also a better form of tracking members, we were previously using a spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is fantastic, they have literally thought of everything, but are still finding ways to grow their platform for their clients. But what REALLY makes Network for Good valuable is their TEAM. I don't know how they found such a compassionate, passionate, caring, hospitable group of people, but everyone I have spoken to; the salesman, the onboard team, the success team, the fundraising coach, & the support team have ALL been genuinely invested in the success of the program for our organization. These people are what makes Network for Good standout from any other platform available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing about this program that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to bring all of our data into one platform, enabling us to track, outreach and fundraise on a scale we could only imagine before.

This will simplify EVERYTHING you do allowing you to focus on the mission of your organization.
A great tool for 3rd party fundraising
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our supporters can set up a fundraiser on Facebook and the funds will be sent to us monthly. No hassle, no paperwork, no cold calling, it is fantastic! Network for Good's customer service is quick and easy to understand if and when you have any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
More details without having to pay a large monthly fee.

We are able to get the name of our organization out there.
