Best decision we've made!
What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly easy to use with a fantastic support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to add texting to our toolkit to help us engage younger donors. We are also saving time getting information into or out of our CRM. This gives us more time to spend engaging our donors.
Great customer service & solution oriented
What do you like best about the product?
The aggregating of data and overview stats!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was 508 compliant and had some more text giving capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication! Maintaining communication and frequency of contact will hopefully increase and retain donors
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have people dedicated to maintaining the system with you to have up-to-date reporting & know exactly what you need going into it.
A great experience for the inexperienced!
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive design of software; easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscriptions should have aggregated levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncomplicates updating large groups; provides feedback mechanisms to measure recipient interest
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who need to "uncomplicate" their CRM tasks, Network for Good is a great choice. The templates work well for designing and sending communications en masse. You will also be very pleased with their contact management as well as their handling of online donations. There are tools and features that I have yet to learn.
We Love Network for Good!
What do you like best about the product?
The initial migration and personalized coaching were instrumental in our understanding of the program. Once we became familiar with all of the aspects of NFG we were hooked. As we continued to go forward, if we have a question or need additional information, the quick response time on the chat is lovely as is the help bar. The data can be easily exported to excel so that additions or changes can be easily made. I love the text messaging ability, and it comes in handy when reminding others about meetings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have nothing that we actually dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with donors, the frequency of donations, the amounts of gifts and the tracking of our campaigns or events are all great benefits.
Easy and Efficient!!!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about NFG is that the program is SO easy to use. With so many tasks on my To-Do list, it is not an efficient use of my time to spend hours trying to figure out how to use a program. NFG has made everything user-friendly. It provides you with all you need to create videos, respond to all of your donors, or a specific group, run a report, filter data, and more. It is so easy. I absolutely recommend this program to any organization looking to track its donations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has used the software for one year and we have yet to find anything that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our donors are eager to be recognized. With this software program, we can send acknowledgements right away. Our donors love this. One of the benefits that we realized is that we have been able to secure our donors for another year!!! This is phenomenal! When we send a notice to support an upcoming event our donors respond right away. One final note, our donors trust NFG links and their secure card processing abilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend NFG to any organization small or large. The program is designed to empower business owners with the tools necessary to manage donations, sponsors, and communications. It is worth it!
Great for Communications!
What do you like best about the product?
Shared Beat is a non-profit organization that creates opportunities in Guatemala through sustainable wellness programs and health career scholarships. The Network for Good (NTG) platform has dramatically enhanced Shared Beat's ability to communicate, raise funds and recognize our donors. Our revenue has increased in the past year since using the NTG. I especially like the communication piece of the platform, which allows us to send out newsletters, group emails, and texts quickly and easily. We have gotten nothing but positive comments at the personalized video messages sent to donors. Having donor information in a neat, concise, and easy-to-understand form has enhanced our ability to manage revenue while recognizing donor's contributions. It has been an excellent tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little bit of a hassel transfering all the old donor information into the NTG when we first signed on. We had our information in several different types of platforms, so there was a bit of a learning curve in moving the data but the NTG folks were very helpful with providing guidance in getting the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved communication with our donors. Other benefits include ease of use. Board members can now log into NTG and, at a glance, see the year's revenue along with having access to donor information. NTG has improved leadership's awareness of the financial status of our organization. Leadership has become more engaged in the fundraising process and donor management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
NTG is a great tool that will enhance an organization's ability to fundraise.
Great donor management system
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can use track all interactions with a donor. I can see how much they have given, who has communicated with them, and any other notes that we need to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I had a little bit more control over the formatting of the emails. Also, I wish there was an easier way to select entire groups to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to better foster relationships with our donors. Also, we want to find new donors that are young professionals, who may not be able to donate much right now, but who can become lifelong donors. I think one of the largest benefits of Network for Good is that we can keep all of our information in one place. We have been able to get rid of several programs because Network for Good does it all.
Easy to use and organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to quickly sort donors. Plus, the charts and graphs provide easy and quick visual information about our donors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The uploading process was not easy to do without help from the company. Information also was missing on many of our uploads. We did have a lot, so we just dealt with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG helps us organize and collect both donations and donors. Contacting and thanking are both simpler with NFG.
Easy way for small non profits to manage and increase donations.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is step-by-step. There are instructions on everything the software does in an easy-to-use virtual library. They respond to e-mail quicker than advertised. The WebExs are short and to the point. I was able to set up a donation page, add it to our social media, create a membership page, set up text donations, import all of my donation data, and so much more right away! I love that donors can choose to donate the processing fee. The reports are comprehensive, the setup for additional users is effortless, including setting up permissions. I am amazed at how quickly we were up and running!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The purchase price is steep compared to other software options I looked at; however, the time spent every year compiling donor information and writing thank you letters and handwritten receipts will pay for the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People can sign up for membership online. Donations can be received on multiple platforms, including our website, Facebook, and text messaging. Our special fundraising efforts can all be tracked separately from general donations. Thank you notes, and IRS receipts are taken care of. Donors can choose to make a directed donation if they want to donate to a particular campaign or program specifically. The reporting is effortless. No more countless hours compiling donor information! We can send mass e-mails to donors if required. I am still in the first month of having the software, and there is so much more to explore and utilize!
Surviving the pandemic with Network for Good
What do you like best about the product?
The software is user-friendly and easy to use! I love the dashboard, seeing how much money we are raising for certain campaigns, and that donors can see the progress we are making on our fundraising goals. I also love the communications features. I can email and text donors easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to get creative to export the lists I want!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for good has helped us have successful fundraisers through this pandemic. I doubt we would have had the same success and donor engagement without this software! We have had 4 virtual fundraisers, all coming very close to meeting our goals!
