New Opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the brainstorming sessions with our coach. We also appreciate the donor system database tracking software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We suggest a more program-specific orientation of the software system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us understand our need as an organization for developing a community engagement position within our organization.
User-Friendly Platform that Makes Work Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good has a user-friendly, intuitive platform that makes connecting with, stewarding, and tracking donors easy. Great custommer support. I use it daily and rarely have any problems occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been reading several articles about if the credit card transaction fee is tax-deductible and it appears it might be? - NFG does not include the transaction fee if absorbed by the donor in the donor gift receipt. More to research. In order to see the data wealth tool part of Bonterra, you physically have to go into the "edit" part of a person's profile. Lasty, it would be great if the organizarion could approve changes before Bonterra makes them on profile updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of thank you letters and donor correspondence. Ticketing for events. Taking back time is great!
Great Donor Software
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good made it easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point would be a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Network for Good, we now have a way to track donors, the amount they are donating, and communicate with donors and volunteers.
Wonderful Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are easy to use with diverse resources available - such as the chat feature, the articles and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might just be me, but some of the newsletter features are difficult to maneuver/learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a good donor management software and system in order to develop a systematic plan to improve donor relations. We have a great group of donors and wanted to be able to analyze who we have in our system and their levels of giving before developing a new fundraising strategy. Network for Good provided just what we need.
A GREAT suite of products and services for the charity new to fundraising.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease with which pages and forms can be built and integrated into our website. Embedding forms allows our site and the NFG pages to appear as a unified design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Answers to new problems are escalated to management quickly, but solutions are slow in coming.

Made my org's life easier, richer and organized
What do you like best about the product?
The session times with the specialist to get our systems set up and initial campaigns was so helpful; I also like the video feature and ethe user friendly way the system is organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislke the fact that non-credit card sources of donations are not accommodated officially -- such as Cash Aoo, Venmo, PayPal, etc. -- all common uses of donations these days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not having support staff to compose follow-up letters, records, and important information on donors is the problem Network for Good is solving for me.
A Phenomenal Product for A Growing Nonprofit!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity, but also intuitiveness of the product are key features for me. I appreciate not having to take an entire course to feel as if I am getting the most from it. I consider myself a tech-savvy person, if I must say so, but I also love learning, and Network for Good gives me opportunities to do just that without overwhelming me, which is great. They offer many relevant pieces of training and seminars, and the support folks are always available when I hit a wall. My Development department is small, tiny even, and we wear many, many hats, but remaining organized and true to our donors is necessary to maintain relationships and attain critical funding for programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd really like the integration with some of those necessary tools for fundraising and development like business e-mail, and social media. I'd like to do as much as I can inside the system as possible and trust the info to be properly tracked, which I believe some other products have, but the price tags for such systems are far from reasonable. For the price, I like what I am getting with NFG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and communicating with our supporters is essential. We see what campaigns truly speak to our donors and can spend more time cultivating strong, sustainable relationships and less time "getting things into the system."
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a growing non-profit and want a system that your team can use out of the box with little fuss, this is the system for you.
CAIR-NJ Going to Year 2 with Network for Good
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and store donor information. The integrated email feature tied with the donors' accounts is convenient. I like how we can easily search tutorial articles or ask a question for help using the chat feature. They will promptly address your unique circumstances. Very easy to filter and export data, and it is convenient for modes of communication and donor info to be in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no manual card processing feature. Many donors just want to give their info and let you do it. They already use stripe so I shouldn't have to do it myself on stripe then manually add the donor info on networkforgood. It should be integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Networkforgood met with me to discuss how to improve the platform and that effort and care for customers are appreciated. I appreciate the open office hours too.
Ease of connecting with donors.
What do you like best about the product?
The diverse ways you can raise funds through the differnt fundraising pages. Communication tools (email templates & text messaging)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not available. Our team seems to be liking everything about NFG so far. There are A LOT of different features we still are learning to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with donors through emails & text messages. Clearly showing differnt fundraising campaigns. Collecting donor information streamlined.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
NFG makes it so easy to see all of your donors information in one place, along with statistics, very specific outreach, giving, and more.
Network for Good really helped out our very small non-profit.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are resources that are always available. The videos help understand the dashboard and how to fundraise with success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is a part of me wishes that the dashboard would automatically send thank you notes. However, I understand they would rather you personalize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our animal rescue is very small and short-staffed, we don't always have the reach to raise the money needed for the cases and the amount we sometimes have in our care. With network for Good, we can send mass emails, direct mail, and share links easily to spread awareness of what we currently have a need for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Network for Good helps our very small non-profit run and fundraiser with the larger non-profits. They not only help with their product but they also have podcasts and training videos to help your organization be successful in fundraising.
