Everything we need without the headache
What do you like best about the product?
We are only a new nonprofit that is starting out and we know the importance of investing in a donor management system from day 1 that will allow us to grow. Network for Good takes away the headache of tracking everything ourselves whilst allowing us to cater to our individual needs as we grow and evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process is fantastic the only thing that I wish was that we would have it last longer. Maybe an extra month or two would help especially if you are only just starting out in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best parts is the ease with which you can navigate the donor management system. Even allowing users who might not be the most technologically savvy can locate that they need as it is user-friendly and not overally too busy, so a user can locate what they need with a little exploring.
Network for Good is user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Network for Good is that it's a user-friendly platform that allows me to complete looking up donor contact information, acknowledging their donation and sending an acknowledgment email all from one convenient location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the limited functions that I utilize Network for Good in my day-to-day work, I don't have any dislikes to share at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times when I'm trying to verify donor information from our In-Kind donation log that might be incomplete i.e. missing an email or phone number, I can access Network for Good by putting the donor's name into the Contact search field and if the donor's donated to us before their information comes up for me and I'm able to fill in the missing blanks on our In-Kind log and acknowledge the donor's email and send them an acknowledgement email of their donation.
Small, but growing non-profit
What do you like best about the product?
Having all information in one place, email blasts are easy to review, I don't know what else i like at this time, I am just trying to fill in this response so I can submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Year-end summaries are hard to format, what else am I supposed to say here? I thought I only had 40 characters, but apparently there are more and I have to use all of the.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Donor management - keeping things organized
I have had a great experience so far.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to call and talk to a real person.
User friendly.
User friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not open on weekends. Writing letters like Thank you letters is not good at all. Have an actual word processing program or even allowing an import of a letter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems
Great Jumpstart!
What do you like best about the product?
Being there when you get stuck on something. I like having a coach. I like being able to have a tool that can do so many things in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the onboarding can go a little bit longer. It helps to be able to have a little bit more time with the welcome team to get set up. This would help especially during those times that meetings would have to be rescheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lighting the Way Pastoral Care is good for solving communication barriers with donors, volunteers, and with the public. I love the email blasts.
NFG covers all the bases AND keeps it simple.
What do you like best about the product?
the interface of donations and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It took a long time to get the automatic bounce issue resolved. (Comcast, Bellsouth, and all the odd email addresses like @me, @att, etc) But it did get resolved, eveentually.
2. Only donors can change recurring donations, which they don't like to do --- so that means we need to go in and manually update the donation designations from one year to the next for all our recurring donors EVERY MONTH.
2. Only donors can change recurring donations, which they don't like to do --- so that means we need to go in and manually update the donation designations from one year to the next for all our recurring donors EVERY MONTH.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General functioning, good online help tools, swift in-person responses to questions/
Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like no matter your experience level, Network For Good can accomplish your nonprofits needs and much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside yet, they have great software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been struggling to find a "all in one" software and network for good is that software!
Excellent customer service and ability to filter data
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is very accessible in a variety of ways. The training sessions get you on track and ensure that you were set up with tips and tricks. Everyone I've interacted with has been eager to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data charts were limited to certain increments (like looking at the last two pandemic years isn't as helpful as seeing the full set of data we had available).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to pull reports to learn about our donor profile in our last software. We are able to look at our averages and compare years more easily, as well as find out more about our donors quickly.
Excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good is extremely user-friendly. I am able to quickly import check donations in just a few minutes, I love that online donations are already imported. I enjoy being able to see how much our donors have contributed to our organization yearly and in a lifetime. My absolute favorite thing about Network for Good is the ease of being able to communicate with donors. If I want to send an email, write a letter, or send a video thank you, they are all extremely simple to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you go over a certain amount of contacts, you move up a price bracket. Therefore, I had to delete a lot of lapsed donors to get the price back down to what was in our budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I would have had to ask our bookkeeper to find out if someone was a new donor. The only way of contacting donors was through a hand-written or typed letter. Now, though, I have a variety of options. The video option is my absolute favorite way to communicate as it is very personal. I don't always get the chance to meet my donors, but the video allows them to match a face with a name.
Best Onboarding Process!
What do you like best about the product?
This easy-to-use program provided all the necessary facets we needed to keep track of our donor base. The onboarding process made it easy to load our database and then move forward with collecting donations from our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found an area of the program that I dislike. The program is so intuitive and with one on one sessions, after onboarding, you receive the necessary support to be very successful in utilizing the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data in one area, easy to access records, easy to create/send/receive donations and create fundraising. The program has streamlined our processes and provided efficiency.
