A game-changer for sure.
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good has been a game-changer for our non-profit organization. Their user interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate, which has allowed Philanthropiece to send our newsletter emails and bulletins to all of our contacts with ease. The platform is also incredibly flexible and customizable, allowing us to tailor our communications to specific groups and individuals. We appreciate how Network for Good is dedicated to supporting charities and non-profits, and we feel confident that we're working with a partner who shares our values. Thank you, Network for Good!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Network for Good for our non-profit organization for some time now, and we've found it to be an excellent platform overall. We appreciate how easy it is to send our newsletter emails and bulletins to our contacts, and the flexibility and customization options have been incredibly useful. In terms of dislikes, we really don't have any major issues with Network for Good, except for occasional login problems. While these can be frustrating, we understand that these types of issues can happen with any software platform. Overall, we highly recommend Network for Good for any non-profit organization looking for a user-friendly and reliable fundraising software solution.

Network for Good has been an invaluable tool for Philanthropiece. The platform has made fundraising a breeze, allowing us to easily track and manage donations, create customized donation pages, and provide our donors with a seamless giving experience. We love how easy it is to create and send personalized emails to our donors, whether it's to thank them for their contributions or keep them updated on our latest projects and initiatives. Great Fundraising Software for Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create donation campaigns, easily track progress, maintain a donor database with a clear vision, and quick support feedback makes Network for Good a beneficial all-in-one fundraising platform! We have used it to raise thousands of dollars for our peer-to-peer mentoring nonprofit for girls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Network for Good at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good helps us bridge the gap in donor relations and allows us to engage closely with our giving network.

I've sometimes had trouble finding data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG solves donor data for us. It is hugely important in building relationships. Keeping track of that is much less time consuming then doing it myself.
Network For Good Has been a Game Changer for Project Spark Studio
What do you like best about the product?
Tech support is awesome. There are several types of tech support--phone, chat, email and office hours. Love this and they have always gotten me unstuck quickly. We love the forms that we can create and link to our website. Giving pages, data management, all great for our small nonprofit! Also, love that we can create newsletters and communication easily that look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most challenging has been that we can't change the verbiage on the giving pages from "donation" to "payment". That has been confusing for some of our donors who are paying for a camp registration or ticket and it says they are making a donation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup we had maxed out our excel spreadsheets and needed a cost effective, crm that did donor management and communication with support. Network for good wa a perfect for us. It was affordable and the coaching helped us to gain momentum in fundraising, and organizational structure that we needed so badly.

Love how NFG incorporates donor management, CRM, and communications all in one!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates are a but basic and you have to really work to make them look polished and quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG primarily serves our organization as a communication, and donor management tool.

So far, we have not found a down side to using NFG.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigating the system as well as the helpfulness of our personal coach in answering specific questions about issues and concerns that we have, The ease of schedulind meetings with my coach is also a huge plus.

I have not experienced any downsides with the system.

Reaching out to both current and lapsed donors through mail and e-mail.

The ease of having a dashboard that is easily navigated to help you accomplish the task at hand. The report function is very helpful - once you understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of human support and the long list of articles you are expected to read to solve the problem. Many times, I don't have the time to read several articles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are upgrading their events/ticketing package. When initially using it, their free version was not enough, but their paid version was too much. They are improving it.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and works well with our website. Customer service is top notch and always willing to help when we have a problem. I like their news tips on how to cultivate donors and other fund development tips
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could indicate if a donation came from husband or wife and make thank you letter to appropriate person. Would like to be able to upload 2 pictures one for each person and be able to input birthdays, emails etc for both husband and wife. I don't like having to create 2 different files.

keeping up with donors and overall giving. being able to add notes about the donor and a picture of the donor
