Easy to use with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service, lots of features and user interface is super easy. We've used their event package and their auction package - as well as the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything negative at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our donors and their donations is easy. We love that flexible email blasts are incorporated into the basic package. Auctions are easy to set up and run.

What do you like best about the product?
NFG was the right choice for our non-profit. We have seen a definite increase in donations since we began using Network for Good three years ago. It has provided us with a place to keep track of donor gifts, and it has given us helpful tools to reach our donor base better. NFG staff have been helpful and kind. Early on, we worked with NFG fundraising coach Elisabeth Finlayson, and her guidance and advice were invaluable. We are glad that we chose NFG as our donor management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see NFG expand the events platform. We host multiple conferences each year and would like more options for managing registrations that come through NFG.
We would also like to have the option to create videos on our phones or computers and then download them into NFG to send to donors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to connect with multiple donors through video and texting. NFG has helped us implement engagement plans. Our Giving Tuesday was non-existent before NFG. Now from Giving Tuesday until yearend, we find it easy to interact with donors and make them aware of our non-profit needs. We are finding the new weekly webinars!

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the features that are easy to use. Network for Good really helped us increase our fundraising efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. I love everything about it right now. It fits my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Network for Good, I didn't have a reliable platform for my nonprofit. This is perfect because it can also be incorporated into Facebook and Instagram.

What do you like best about the product?
The user features are easily comprehendible, allowing our agency to track our donors and communicate with them effectively. Because of the activity history on each contact, we can better understand updates to profiles and meet each donor's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal for questions occasionally has information incompatible with other software we use; some help articles apply but may have outdated information. Once in a while, we have issues with the format of populated addresses when entering new contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all contacts in one program is extremely helpful. We can see which contacts got the newsletter or annual appeal, which helps us better manage our communications.
Very easy to use and rewarding to see results.

I feel Network for good is easy to use, and I loved the ongoing support that we received.

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike at this time.

It is helping us to see who are donors are and what they are donating towards. Showing how our fundraising efforts are helping.

It's user-friendly and there are many suggestions for creating campaigns with the contact information you have.

Sometimes I have to use the chat and wait for a reply.

Network for Good is overall a great software for a small nonprofit like us!
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good is beneficial for our nonprofit because all the donor management and communication can be done in one place. The streamlined software is a step up from all the manual work our agency did before with mailing lists on excel spreadsheets and tracking donations and acknowledgments. Text to give is a great tool that we plan to use frequently. The ability to send video acknowledgments is valuable and unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could embed the donation page into our agency website directly. Linking the donation page seems like it could occasionally reduce the likelihood someone will donate because they can't complete all the donation steps on one website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good is solving our problem of tracking donations, managing donor lists, communicating with supporters, acknowledging donors, creating donation reports, and growing our donor base. It is benefitting us because we are able to do it with good technology, some steps are now automated rather than manual, and it is all in one place.
Very user-friendly and great tools
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very user-friendly, lots of tools great tools for small non-profit. Customer service is very quick to answer. Help guides are easy to search and find what I'm looking for each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I export a list of donors that includes companies, the name of the company contact does not export. I have to add these individually to the spreadsheet. Please make it so that the company contact names also export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to hold all donor information. I really like that:
-I can easily find lapsed donors, and lapsing donors
-Easy to read record of donation for each donor
-Easy to make custom groups I need
-Great reports for email blasts open/click/etc.
-Customer service is friendly and efficient
-Dashboard is awesome!

Next Work For Good is making impact on the Non-Profit World
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good can change the way you see fundraising. I felt supported and guided through the entire onboarding process. I am utilizing this for fundraising, newsletters, and so much more. I am excited to continue with the valuable tools now ours to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I envision only positive outcomes with further use of Network for Good.

Easy to Use Software Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for the most part. It helps eliminate countless hours of sending messages, etc. The online help has been a great asset to have when I have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to get graphics adjusted in Canva even using the design specifications. NFG recommended I use another design plattform. We have a paid Canva account and will not switch from using it, so another platform is not an option. All photos and graphics are fuzzy regardless of the quality of upload. Even their own website displaying users has hazy photos.
I also do not like the fact that when I have posted to Facebook in the past, it will not transfer the donors information. I will no longer use social media to post a direct link to our giving pages.
WE DESPERATELY WANT TO BE ABLE TO OFFER ACH BANK WITHDRAWALS FOR DONATIONS, as well as PAYPAL & VENMO options!! We have recurring donors that will no longer give because they do not want to pay fees and want an auto withdrawal from their bank account.

It is a great option for donor management. It helps with time management and makes me more efficient in my job as a Development Coordinator. I would like to use this platform for an upcoming auction.
