Everything I need in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love the e-blast feature! The templates are easy to use and saves me lots of time. Each E-blast looks professional!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing features need improvement. You have to hunt around a bit to make changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great database that keeps my fundraising records in order. I can create reports easily.
My experience
What do you like best about the product?
NFG has a great platform, love the features from individualized campaigns to the dashboard. However, I have been at this for a long time and their support team is as important as the platform features....we love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Building an email blast from scratch is not so user-friendly. I use Canva a lot because of its ease of use.
look at restructuring it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So we are growing our donor base and seems like NFG is there to help us grow our base.
They have been just what we needed at key times - they are excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
They are very prompt in gettin back to you with whatever issues you have. The support team has been wonderful and our main contact Carly has been Awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the cost per transaction when we run a program like a Day of Giving, -we are getting hit quite hard with fees when these programs are run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At present, they are solving a data entry problem with not having to enter in entire databases by our resources alone. We can import data to the team and within a few weeks have a clean, workable format.
Easy to use

I likethe ease of the patform, access to live help either through my assigned coach or the chat feature. The report center is also very user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we dislike, we are a new nonprofit nd slowly working on intergrating all the features of Network for Good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Donor tracking, emails to contacts, data reporting, payment/donation reporting.
Helpful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We would not be able to be as successful without Network for Good. NFG keeps track of our donors and the last contact we have had with them. It allows us to specify which donors to contact with a new mailing or e-blast, and it makes sending thank you letters a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in planning events and ticket sales through NFG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create a campaign and get payments directly through Network for Good is awesome.
Useful tools for our organization in sending out e-mails.
What do you like best about the product?
The e-blast tool is very helpful and user friendly. We appreciate the donation tools, but need help navigating the best ways to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The donation tools seem to be lacking connection to our IG account. We set up a campaign on IG that links to our Network for Good account and it isn't updating out donation totals online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good is useful to our organization for having out donors and vendor contacts in one location.
The software is robust and easy to work with. We appreciate extemely comprehensive onboarding.

I love that it has a mail merge and email creation component built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to use the software as a one-stop hub for donor management, fundrasing and as an efficient CRM.
Very Good Software for Growing NonProfits
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage contacts and donations. The interface allows you to use your contacts to create email and text blasts including sending video. I appreciate the ability to monitor donations graphically and to keep track of the donor frequency and also letting you know if there is a new donation and being able to send a thank you that includes tax information. It is very important a non-profit maintain excellent records and this software allows you to do that and also enables you to keep in touch with those who are supportors of your organization. It is also easy to create links for you website or communications to make donations. The templates for communication are very helpful so you have something to start with and the options available relevant and enable you to add graphic and colors that are distinctive to your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, my organization is still having issues connecting the finances with QuickBooks. The treasurer has tried multiple times. Also, I tend to figure it out but it would be great if the templates were more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of donors and being able to reach them easier with all programs, not just fundraising activities. It also help keep track of donations from the website and particular campaigns.
Expectations greatly exceeded
What do you like best about the product?
Network For Good donor management software has solved so many problems that I would fail if I tried to list them all. Some of the problems solved were solved with features that they hadn't advertised and others were problems that we didn't even realize that we had. We have combined our volunteer database with our donor database, streamlining communications with both and turning one community into the other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms need some development work to enable us to create prettier forms. Since we use Stripe through NFG to process our donations, we have to request a report each month in order to reconcile deposits to our bank account with donations on our website. This needs to be something I can pull myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track and acknlowedge every donation we get quickly. This alone has prompted donors to become repeat donors. The ability to create custom reports is one of the key things we were missing, but didn't realize it. Now, we couldn't live without it. Knowing which donors participate in which of our fudning efforts and why has been key to making our messaging more effective. Being able to communicate with our donors in a variety of ways, video messages, email blasts, and text blasts has enabled us to begin figuring out how and how often our donors prefer to hear from us. We were able revamp our newsletter subscriton process with a viable subscribe form with Recaptcha. Also, our subscribers can unsubscribe easily and all of this can happen without human intervention. We used to have to do both manually. We can create and send our Newsletters with an NFG email blast. Using the resultant link means we no longer have to store these on our website. We just have to put the link there. We used to use Excel to track our donations and had no database for our volunteers. Frankly, it was a mess and different pieces resided on individual computers with klunky ways to share. I'll never go back.
