Review of Zoom meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated features such as Remote support, custom reminders, registration page etc. are the best features. Not the mentioned the recently rolled out AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this point, there isn't any particular thing that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal and external meetings, presentations as well as the webinar function are conducted using Zoom.

Best conferencing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a user friendly solution which not onlt provides one of the best video and audio quality but also have great security and privacy along with scalability capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting the issue looked to be a lengthy process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are going through few users impacted with their video quality issue specific to their account and is in the process of troubleshooting with zoom.
Excellent all in one product
What do you like best about the product?
Having Zoom phone, chat, meetings and calendar all in one place is a great time saver and makes it easier to train new staff on one single desktop app. We tried a few other products before settling on Zoom and it seems to be the most comprehensive solution for our small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is having to login to website to get to more settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to manage calls both on our mobile devices and desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
I can view my calendar at a glance and check availability without having to open another application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little daunting for those who want a simple interface to just attend or host a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaching the gap between remote sites and head office. Helping with remote training and facilities management.
Best Option for Business Phones in the 21st Century
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to manage the soft and hard phone systems. Managing licenses, phone numbers, extensions, user accounts--all of it. Implementation was a piece of cake, and for a mission, we receive hundreds of inbound and outbound calls a day. It's easy, comprehensive and one of the most financially competitive solutions out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The userability and management still has a bit to go. Many older employees struggle in the beginning if they've been used to picking up a phone and are now dialing / answering through the computer. So far only trouble I've had with management is getting our hard phones to have the same hold music as the soft phones, but our tech support rep has been super responsive and consistent in answering us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overexpensive phone solutions are a plague of the modern world. To upgrade our old phone system to be current, utilizable and manageable (who knows how easy the Admin UI would've been) would've cost up to $20,000. We are currently enjoying our new soft and hard phones at a wopping $217 / month for 16 licenses used by multiples of people.

The zoom workplace is all inclusive. It allows for many members of our team to create groups, stay connected and work from home as needed. When we need help the customer support has been quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectivity can be difficult. At times, because we have team members working in different places the notifications are delayed or aren't calibrated to ensure we see the alert right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is versatile and allows us to be mobile. It creates opportunity for us to collaborate and generate streamlined communication with team members as we are in and out of the physical office.

Zoom integrates well with other productivity tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, and various learning management systems. This integration helps streamline workflows and improves efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Despite improvements, Zoom has faced scrutiny over security issues, such as "Zoombombing" (unauthorized participants disrupting meetings), data encryption practices, and other vulnerabilities. Although measures have been taken to enhance security, concerns still exist.
Especially for our organization, we have found that zoominfo is capturing our data and using it on their site, this leads us to feel like our information is being sold by Zoom

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote and hybrid work environments can lead to communication gaps and collaboration challenges. Zoom provides high-quality video and audio conferencing, instant messaging, and collaborative tools like screen sharing and whiteboards, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration regardless of team members' locations
Great conferencing tool focused on just that
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, unlike many other tools focused priamrily on video conferencing. As such, as you use the tool, it really is clearly built just for that. Additioanlly, it is extremely easily, works accross a multiple of platforms and devices, and just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations could work slightly better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our remote workforce to communicate with each other.

We use it for meetings and also for our phone calls for admin support.

The metrics dashboard is an extra add on, otherwise working through the logs is difficult.

We are a location independent team with staff in different countries. Allows for easy communication and VOIP intergration for support has been easy.
