Generally pleasant/easy tool for our remote team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, hardly ever any techincal issues
What do you dislike about the product?
some recent updates had certain functionalities or setting in different places, so getting used to where things now live/how to access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allows for team collaboration easily since majority of our team is spread out across the country

I had used it before and its not good.
What do you like best about the product?
Not sure maby be there black and green theme and the video quality, during poor network also it worked well.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. UI used to lag
2. Poor audio quality
3. Felt complex to use
4. Scheduling meetings was not quick
5. Lag during screen sharing when 30-40 people join the call

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was been using for internal communications and meeting but was not good enough hence it go replaced later with Google meet.
Zoom Makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is a more user friendly platform versus other video confrencing options in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The add ons meetings vs. webinars, etc. Would rather one prgram to meet all needs, even those that are occasional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has saved a lot of unnecsasary travel time and expense
Easy Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to connect with people remotely and effortlessly via Zoom's software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price and time limits for meetings when not paying for a subscription
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel expenses and time commitments are not as high when we are able to use this.
Excellent product for a medium business
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Once I have a user setup, I don't have to worry about any support issues. I have not had any problems with it since deploying it to our plant in 2020.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downsides. I have ZERO complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does an excellent job with our conference rooms. The new Yealink A20 video conferencing system we purchased was simple to install and has no problems or complaints from my users since deployment. Many of my users utilize Zoom to make instructional videos using the screen recording feature. The VOIP has been great since deployment in 2020.
Great Service for our Team
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our work in both communication and documentation has been great - the ease of use and familiarity with the service has been positive for both staff and the families we work with. We can fully integrate Zoom workpklace with our work needs. The features offered are usefull and the added security features helps us to maintain compliance. It has been easy to implement and integrate the new features as they are added to Zoom workplace. The rare occasion that we have needed to reach out to customer support we have had our issues handled quickly and professionally. We use Zoom daily in our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have some connectivitiy issues and dropped calls/dosconnections. Most probably because of internet services but its still an issue.

We all work remotely and Zoom Workplace keeps us connected.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it very easy to connect our students with the instructors. We use it daily and almost never need to contact customer support! all the features are a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection can glitch but may be the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us connect with our students across the Country.
Zoom Workplace Review
What do you like best about the product?
The meetings are always smooth and I have no issues with my meetings. I like that you have the SSO functionality for organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be confusing during the calls to find the sound and video settings. It has gotten better but I I think it has not reach a point were it is easy to find. It will be helpful to understand how to better manage users. Ideally, it will also be helpful to add more licenses on the portal as opposed to having to call a rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the way that my organization meets with other clients or for videoconferencing.
Well rounded functionality in a clean and easy-to-use interface
What do you like best about the product?
Workplace has become our hub for hybrid communication. We can seamlessly bounce between our phone, text, and meeting platforms. The interface is so well designed it requires virtually no training for new team members. The few times we've had to contact customer support the team has been extremely helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to quickly and easily launch a new (unscheduled) meeting from the meetings tab on the desktop client (rather than having to bounce to the home tab).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workplace has made integration of remote teams and connecting our members across the country seamless and easy. The level of engagement we can create with this platform far exceeds all prior tools we've tried.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is always easy to use. I think it is great how it tells you if you forgot to enter the date. I use Zoom multiple times a week. I never have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings it takes multiple clicks to get to what you want. I can not aways remember where to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Chat to connect with my business peers. It is great to see if they are availabe and send a quick message. Of cource I video chat every day.
