Good tool to handle incoming traffic and setting up meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic meeting fix feature which is handy for prospects to book a meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
Some leads do not qualify the minimum criteria to become a lead and still a meeting is booked. If some level of filtration can be added would be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The setting up of meetings with meaningful prospects where the client has the option to choose the available slots to book a call

Good application but need to work on the interface

User friendly, not complicated, good functionality , easy access

There is not much to hate or not like about the application but they can work on the look a bit

Better than ChiliPiper with fantastic support
What do you like best about the product?
- The team's support is second to none. Incredibly quick to reply via Slack and dedicated to resolving any issues.
- Very good at communicating future product direction and reliable at delivering.
- It works perfectly as a scheduling tool with some fantastic advanced routing options.
- Onboarding team is committed to getting you up and running as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Pricing is extremely reasonable relative to other scheduling tools in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
- UX/UI could do with some work, but honestly there has been no issue we've ran into that couldn't be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero allows us to customise the routing options for inbound leads based on a number of data points in the CRM. We currently route based on whether the domain is an academic domain and on account size.

What do you like best about the product?
What is the old adage? Better, faster, cheeper? Well that surely discribes Revenue Hero. They have an amazing product and great support. With Rev Hero raely do issues happen because the software just works! But if anything pops up their team jumps through hoops to help. I mean I'm talking isntant responce time :) Thanks Susa and the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Absoultly nothing this product is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rev hero helps our SDR's hand off meetings to our AE's. We are also using it to route and scedule meetings from the forms on our website. It does these jobs very well and ensures that all of our meeting data is accurate and automaticlly logged into SFDC for reporting and automations.

The team is always there to help with seamless implementation. The team goes beyond to solve internal problems for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific.If the timezone which came as notification could have been the local time, it would have been helpful.

Low touch online demo scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. Our sales team loves it and it is easy for operations to configure and integrate across our tech stack. Would highly recommend it to other users!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to complain about with the platform. Only a small complaint that you have to learn some new terminology and what it means in context of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to have our inbound leads automatically select a time and get routed to the correct owner as well as helping our outbound efforts schedule leads and keep distribution even across AEs.

I really like the personal support I received from the RevenueHero team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, there is nothing that I dislike. If there is a feature I would like in the future they have been quick to add it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a calendar tool for marketing in place and after looking at other leading options we chose RevenueHero. They had the features I was looking for compared to other options.
Great for sales call scheduling & a super responsive team!
What do you like best about the product?
Other products we looked at appeared to be built for Salesforce first, with Hubspot more or less as an afterthought. Revhero has a pretty robust Hubspot integration that made implementation & reporting a breeze. The product suite is intuitive for our reps to use with little training but powerful enough for admins to create nuanced routers & modulate call flow as we see fit. The team is also really responsive when it comes to customer support & the speed that they build + ship features to fit each use case is really remarkable!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an org that uses Hubspot as our CRM & came from Hubspot meeting links, we had some early feedback from reps that the 1:1 meeting link product felt limited compared to Hubspot meeting links. The Revhero team has been awesome about processing this feedback though, and already shipped a feature to help bridge the gap!

Our needs were:
- Round-robin calls to our reps at weights that admins decide on
- Round robin calls based on data we already have in our CRM including contact owner, lead score, etc, and push data like meeting type, outcome, & form submission fields to our CRM.
- Allow reps to easily book calls on their own calendar when self-sourcing calls
- Report on our meetings booked, show rate, etc.
Revhero fit all of these needs the best out of all the options we looked at!

Overall - An amazing product in the making. Solves a lot of pain points for GTM teams. RH makes it incredibly easy for prospects to pick a time for a product demo.

RH today, is helping us improve our top-of-the-funnel conversion rates. It is helping us provide a good experience for our prospects to book a demo slot with our sales team.
