Chili Piper on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero has all the features of Chili Piper with one exception. Chili Piper is not able to give the support RevenueHero is able to by a longshot. RevenueHero is hands down the best scheduling app around (I've tried a bunch) and their team is always open to feedback to make their app better. I love working with this team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. When I have had issues their knowledgeable team has always been quick to help. If you have a feature request, they are sure to help in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have inbound leads, there is no bigger problem to solve than how quickly you can get them in touch with someone who can help solve their problems. RevenueHero is instrumental for helping our team shorten their time-to-meeting lifecycle.

First Class Support & Great Functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
The team is incredibly helpful. Susa & team were so willing to answer my questions and helped me in making sure our setup & integration was perfect. The functionality is great - especially the integration with Zoho CRM and our form builder. Was previously using a competitor product but had to switch over after too many Zapier integrations that made the setup messy. Revenue Hero gives me way more control - love that I have the ability to add rules based on my Zoho CRM modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few issues in sorting out integration and leads not filtering accurately but the team quickly worked on fixing them for us! They're very responsive and act fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero helps us convert leads faster.
It also allows us to match leads according to our CRM which makes for a clean distribution system among our salesteam.

Great tool, even better support
What do you like best about the product?
Revenuehero provide the best support in the biz. They're always on-hand to jump on any problems we come across, and are crazy efficient as solving them. A great team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UX of the platform needs work. It can be stressful trying to make a simple change as the navigation isn't very logical, and the naming conventions are ambiguous, so it can take longer than it needs to make a change. I gave the feedback to the team and they're on it - so this shouldn't be a problem going forwards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a high-drop off of demos being booked on our website, and getting those prospects onto meetings. With revenuehero, we get prospects onto meetings when their intent is highest. It's working really well.
The best alternative to Calendly by far
What do you like best about the product?
Highly configurable with the ability to handle any kind of routing or distribution you can think of. Makes Calendly and the others look prehistoric! Also cannot fault the A* customer service from the team. No request too big or small, and they respond within minutes on Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up took some time, but to be absolutely fair to the team we had an extremely complicated set up. The fact that they could even integrate into it in the first place is a wonder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were suffering from low conversion rates and annoyances with Calendly's rigid distribution rules.

There is a learning curve, but I wouldnt say its a disatvantage or dislike, it just takes time to get use to its logic and processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed at which we can confirm the meetings with the prospects and avoid al of the back and forth that is required when not using a platform like this to secure the meeting.
Most advanced meeting scheduling and routing solution on the market
What do you like best about the product?
For years, I have relied heavily on meeting booking solutions for our demand generation. I have tested all the main ones (calendly, chili pepper, less known stuff), and they are either too basic or restrictive to do sophisticated things.
Revenue hero can tick All the boxes and more. The team is great and supported us a lot during the implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price for the high sophistication is a somewhat higher complexity, but it is worth it. It is by far the best technical solution on the market and it is also the best value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On top of your normal meeting booking link the strength of Revenue hereo is the very flexible routing and rule system. I also love the "abandoned cart" report that let you chase people who didi not complete a booking.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy booking of demos from the website. We've seen a higher # of bookings and a higher attendance rate since using Revenuehero.

The platform has lacked some features, though the RH team builds them almost as fast as we request them. Very impressive.

Best alternative to Chili Piper
What do you like best about the product?
I was using Chili Piper before shifting to RevenueHero. RH is a fantastic alternative to Chili Piper and it is faster, reliable, and cheaper with most of the necessary functionalities. Also, the RevenueHero support team is excellent, they went extra mile to help us get started with the tool and assisted us with our complicated requirement. I must say RevenueHero support is 100x better than Chili Piper.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Startup, so some hiccups with the stability initially, but they quickly resolved all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant meeting scheduling for website visitors and thereby increasing the conversion rate.
Revenue Hero honors contact assignments before round-robin. Great customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
We struggled with other calendar applications as they didn't honor record assignments over finding open/available calendar blocks. RevenueHero understands that often your Sales Team has worked hard in developing a relationship with a Contact ~ and if that Contact is ready for a demo it should be offered back to that Rep. RevenueHero does this consistently and when not assigned ~ it's round robin balancing works beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike really. It takes a bit to understand the functionality and how to properly set it up (we're using the HubSpot integration). But the RevenueHero team support is very responsive to any questions you might have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With other calendaring apps, we had the Prospect scheduling a demo with Rep B eventhough Rep A had been working the record. Revenue Hero has eliminated the tension in our Sales Team as assigned Contacts - go the the right Rep. And the round robin distribution is very well balanced.

This gives us the ability to better forecast and understand where deals are coming from

It's a good all round product. I would like to see more detail on leads as they come through.
