It's been great using a tool that just makes having catch-up's with our prospects easier

While there are lot of areas to improve on , I dont dislike anythings about it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a scheduler to our website (inbound) that will integrate easily with Weblow and Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface, super helpful and friendly staff and the automation of the product itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero is allowing our inbounds to be assigned to AE's within less than a minute. It allows for simplicity and choice.
RevenueHero is a useful meeting booking and tracking tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to book meetings in for myself and my AEs. It integrates really well with Hubspot, it's a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little fiddly with timezones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving both me and the AEs time. As we no longer need to book in 3 separate meetings on Google Calendar and then manually accept the meeting to create a Zoom call, this saves a lot of time and unnecessary communication.
Best Customer Support Team!
What do you like best about the product?
The Revenue Hero customer support team has been the best part of using the platform. From very minor questions to comples "how to" questions, the team is always friendly and patient to help you solve your questions.
The product was exaclty what our team needed, and it was helpful to see which prospects booked/didn't book, which was something that required more extensive work on other platforms like Chili Piper.
Implementation of this platform and intergration to your current tech stack is so simple- adding this to your current process is a no-brainer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to remember where things are was a bit confusing in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero is able to instantly match our leads to account executives efficiently via inbound/campaign routers, but it also makes it simple to identify which leads did not book so we're able to follow up and make sure all leads are accounted for.
Excellent integration at a convenient price point!

RevenueHero allows our sales team to seamlessly schedule inbound website demonstrations at the convenience of their personal calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
RevenueHero only supports roundrobins meeting scheduling instead of multiple host meetings.

RevenueHero solves the problem of manually scheduling and load balancing calendar availability of the sales team.

RevenueHero is easy to use and has majorly helped with lead gen! Susa and his team are amazing and always willing to help out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. At first, implementation was a little tricky, but Susa quickly came up with a solution for implementing the tool with our Elementor forms.

RevenueHero speeds up our meeting booking with inbound leads. We love how we can set up routing to accurately match a lead to an appropriate rep.
A meeting scheduler that cares about their customers.
What do you like best about the product?
They have the best support you can ask for as they are always available to solve your queries. In fact they'd go a step further and try to understand why you're requesting a certain usecase (helps as they're good marketers too).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. If you're a team without an in-house operations person, it might take you a while to get accustomed to the UX and the product's many capabilities. But if you've worked with similar tools in the past this should be a breeze to implement and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Light, good pricing, easy to install and configure. Customer Support is the best I've ever seen. Super quick to reply. Boosted up sales development appointments by a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the gcal API needs fixes. If we mark events as "free" in google calendar, that doesn't free up slots on the revenuehero calendar and we still need that functionality.

Hands Down Best Support ever. Super easy to setup and just took us a couple of hours to get it all up and routing our leads.
Integrates across all our systems and does an amazing job in routing .
Tested multiple competitors before deciding to go ahead with Revenuehero - Fastest router compared to others we tested against.
The team is super responsive and even built a custom feature request from us in just 2 weeks!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
Minor bugs here and there but the team has always been super responsive in resolving them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead routing in our website , does account and contact matching with existing ones on our salesforce and ensure the meeting always goes to the right owner.
