What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero is a very intuitive product to maintain, it offers a wonderful experience to our prospects and their Customer Success team is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few features that were not offered upon us partnering with RevenuHero. However, they were very receptive to our feedback and quick to implement adjustments or new funtionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps eliminate any latency between a prospect submitting a requst to see a demo of our product and a time being arranged to speak with them.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, the fact that it works. It helps us book more meetings when the prospects fill out a demo request form on our website. Second, the UI of the platform is simple and easy to understand. Their onboarding and support were great so far and they made sure we have the right setup. It is easily integrated with our HubSpot CRM. The pricing is also much better than some of the alternatives we have tried before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations during the rule setup related to custom Hubspot fields, but that's something they are going to have in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use RevenueHero to route the demo requests to the right AEs. We filter the requests based on a set of rules and route them to the sales team. After we implemented RevenueHero, we have seen an increase in meeting bookings.
We have used similar platforms before, e.g. Chili Piper, but we switched to RevenueHero, as the pricing is more logical and the UI of the platform isn't complicated. It just works.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive and going the extra mile Customer Support, Hubspot Integrations, Ease of of Admin Use and Implementation, the flexibility and thoughtfulness of the product features, product roadmap with features based off of market/customer requirements, the incremental increase in post form submission meeting booking rates
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind yet. There are minor things that I know the product team are working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero has addressed inbound form submission challenges and enhanced our marketing to sales handoff process. Our problems included the following:
-The drop-off between form submission and booking a meeting with a sales representative. Previously, form submitters would not request a meeting OR our sales reps would have to chase them to set one up
-Unnecessary steps after form submission to book a meeting
-Equal and fair distribution of leads based on territories and owned accounts

Since implementing Revenue, we have seen:
-Reduction in dropoff resulting in increased conversion rates and reducing the need for sales reps to chase down leads.
-Reduced steps to book a meeting with a Sales Rep and an increase in booked meetings along with Customer Experience satisfaction. We even had one of our prospects reach out to Revenue Hero for their own needs after going through our process.
-a reduction in the level of effort to manage lead distribution and to ensure each rep receives their fair share of opportunities.

With smoother lead transitions, simplified booking processes, and equitable lead distribution, we are experiencing noticeable benefits that have already started to positively impact our pipeline and create a more effective Revenue organization.

What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero improves my SaaS company's ability to better qualify leads by automatically booking calls with the correct teams. The rules and ways in which you can route leads (or disqualify them) are endless. The RevenueHero platform is easy to use and the support has been outstanding. RevenueHero representatives had is create a #revenuehero Slack channel in my company's Slack instance and they are always available to assist with changes and updates that we need to make to our rules, routing, and general setup. It was super easy to implement.

We use RevenueHero basically every day and every hour — any lead coming to our website has to go through RevenueHero's booking flow. This flow was very easy to integrate onto our website and our forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It works flawlessly and is priced much better than competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenuHero helps us qualify leads by allowing website visitors to book calls directly in our sales reps' calendars. Saves us time from having to follow up with the lead after they submit a form to try to get them on the phone at a convenient time for them. It helps us route leads to the correct team depending on their company size, number of locations, product of interest (the rules and routing logic you can create are endless). RevenueHero has helped us achieve a high conversion rate on our webite, a higher close rate on our leads, and has resulted in a higher ARPU

What do you like best about the product?
The RH team are always hugely receptive to feedback and are always available at the drop of a hat. We use RevenueHero for all of our inbound work, and because of this it's more than paid for itself already. We set it up in a trial period, and by the end of it we decided it was the right tool for us and kept it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of anything about RevenueHero I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous solution was clunky and unreliable. I spent time looking at options, and RevenueHero was by far the best of the selection. It can route in very intricate ways, and is much better to integrate with a CRM than our previous solution.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use and to set up routing rules
- Support from the team is simply 10/10
- Integrations with CRM, Clearbit and so on...
- Pricing is much better than the other alternatives on the market
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some bugs we encoutered, but the team is always working to fix them and at the moment of this review, all bugs were fixed

- Lead routing that everyone can change
- All in one solution: Send meeting reminders, integration with CRM and other tools like clearbit

What do you like best about the product?
Outside of the tool being great and exactly what we need for a lean and mean sales team, the support is quite amazing. Obviously not an expectation to receive replies right away or even within a few hours.

But without fail, I have gotten responses in seconds and minutes, sometimes hours, but always under 8 or even 12 hours. This level of customer support reminds me of exactly what they are, a scrappy and hungry team ready to displace the incumbants in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
can't say anything negative to be frank. They are a startup, so sometimes certain features aren't built out. But anytime we have feature requests that make sense for most of their users, they typically add them to the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we'd have to manually route leads to specific AEs. With this, we can setup custom routing, control hours, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a pretty powerful tool for setting Meeting-routing automations. It offers a wide range of rules you can use to set up your routing logic and that covers pretty well the scenarios we usually have to deal with.

In addition, I particularly like the Routing Log feature which offers: a very detailed history of the visitors that have tried to schedule a demo through our website, the Sales rep that they have been assigned to, the criteria based on which the lead got assigned to that specific Sales rep.

In general, it's a fairly easy to use platform that covers our needs in a straightforward way. As a CRM Admin, I can honestly say that implementing RevenueHero has helped me save a significant amount of time I used to spend in data management.

Last but not least, they really go the extra mile with their Customer Support. They are always very responsive and they dedicate a lot of focus on helping you solve any challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only pitfall we had so far was in the beginning when we had to integrate RevenueHero into our WordPress website. I would say that the tough part here was that it required technical expertise that we didn't have at that moment which caused some frustration in the beginning. Nevertheless, their support team eventually worked their way around it and managed to walk us through every step of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would like to offer visitors submitting our website demo form a nice calendar view, enabling them to book time directly into our Sales rep's calendars, based on different lead allocation criteria. We also need this to take place while achieving a seamless integration into our CRM system. When we entered the talks with RevenueHero we were looking for a solution that would help us achieve the above in a scalable way that requires the least amount of manual interference possible from our CRM Admins.

RevenueHero has really met our expectations and it has helped our RevOps Team save tons of time that we used to spend managing this process manually (to a big extent). It has also performed way better than other established solutions in the market.

The Support is there when you need it!

What do you like best about the product?
The team is always responsive and helpful when contacted. Even when an issue isn't caused by the RH team, they are always helpful in tracking down the source. When issues do happen on the RH side, they take ownshiper, partner up, and tackle the issue. When you work with a team that responds this way, you can trust the quality of the rest of the product is always going to be pushing to the same high standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is bright and clean for our users and i'm sure they appreciate. a few deeper tools for the admin level are never remiss (though what exactly i'm missing fails me at this moment).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our meetings for our reps clean, accessible and organized; while allowing our team the data on the SF side to track, troubleshoot, and organize.

What do you like best about the product?
After using other inbound routing softwares that were more complex than necessary for the function, I was amazed at how easy RevenueHero was to use. But even better than that is the fast implementation and incredible support that our team has experienced transitioning to this product. The team at RH is responsive and innovative in solving any issues we come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. We had a few issues with router compatibility in our form at launch, but the product was adapted to fit our needs very soon after the problem arose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Round-robin lead assignment so that we can better split our inbound volume
- Outbound scheduling for our SDRs to book time faster
