Great support + always evolving!
What do you like best about the product?
Support around the clock - ready to give you a call to walk through a question, answer any roadblocks the team is having in a dedicated Slack channel, consistently sharing updates about changes they are making to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of a team-specific issue - but it took a bit of time for us to adapt to working externally from husbpot. That being said - it's not on the RH tool itself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strict round-robin feature for BDRs booking meetings with AEs -> allows for us to be hands free in the distribution of demos.

Easy-to-use, affordable demo scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about RevenueHero is the team behind the tool. Their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with any issues I've had. The product team has been super engaged and listens to my feedback, and usually implements feature requests pretty quickly as well. And the marketing team is great too, always looking for feedback and partnership opportunities. The RevenueHero team are great partners! And the product works seamlessly with our HubSpot forms and other integrations. There are also robust logs for reporting and debugging that make it so I rarely have to bother their friendly support team with questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real complaints. When the product is missing something, I can easily give feedback to the team and they typically implement it quickly, or explain to me the reasoning for why it is the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero makes it easy to schedule demos with our sales team. Getting more demos means more revenue.
Good Software, Exceptional Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is hands down the best asset to using this tool vs. other tools that I have used. Any time there is a question, they will work with you on the solution until it is completely and clearly understood/resolved. They truly care not only that their software is working, but that it is functioning as a valuable solution to YOUR specific process.
There are also a number of useful features that you can grow into over time. It solved an immediate problem for us, but the more we learned the tool, the more holistic system improvements we were able to make thanks to various features.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with every moderately-complex solution, there is a learning curve to getting comfortable with it, and it takes some time to get it implemented out of the box unless you have all your other systems in perfect working order. The support team will work patiently with you doing so, but it still takes time, particilary is you have multiple other systems to integrate it with. Probably not fair to say I dislike this about RevenueHero specifically when every similar tool suffers from this problem, but it's the only feedback I could think to provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Form fills being routed to the correct team, down to the correct individual on a specific team based on industry or customer size/status.
10/10 recommend - great product and amazing hands-on solutions oriented team
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero has built an incredibly robust and capable scheduling tool that is easy to layer into a more custom form build & CRM process (ours is quite complex!!) but what impresses me the most is how engaged and helpful their team is. They were super supportive with getting us onboarded but then their support didn't disappear - it continued even after we paid! lol. I was so impressed with how much work they did upfront with getting a demo environment set up and fully integrated into our Salesforce & Hubspot CRMs and showing how all the workflows could work - all before we even paid or decided if to use them. They went above and beyond. From their CEO to their engineers - if you send a message with an issue or a feature request they are on it IMMEDIATELY and you can trust them to solve the problem so you and your team don't need to spend cycles trying to solve it yourself. What a massive time saver to have such a great counterpart with a tech partner like that, vs when your left to your own devices when something isn't working. They're also super collaborative and open to feedback and always evolving and improving the product and do a great job of communicating product and feature updates to their customers. We've used Calendly and Hubspot Scheduling and RevenueHero is leaps and bounds better - definitely recommend them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't have any downsides I can think of.... anything I ask them to help me with or feature they don't have they go about solving for quickly so can't complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling consultations, complex round robin logic amoung our team, customized calendar setups that fit within different form flows, and robust notification capabilities for users & customers
Fast setup, reliable software, excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support. It's top tier, with insanely fast response times, and great expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any. We switched from a competitor solution, and are very satisfied.

Effortless routing and all-star support team
What do you like best about the product?
Routing inbound demos through RevenueHero has helped improve our conversion rate from Form Fill to Meeting Booked.
The implementation process was made really easy by the onboarding team at RevenueHero, and their customer support is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about RevenueHero.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a manual process booking inbound demos that led to lost leads. RevenueHero automates that demo booking process, reducing friction in our inbound pipeline and routing them directly into our sales team's calendars.
It's a decent tool to improve the number of client meetings efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
1. The user interface is good and simple, making it easy to use.
2. It integrates with calendars and allows clients to see available slots in my calendar and book a meeting with me without my intervention saving my time on a daily basis.
3. It also sends meeting reminders to both clients and hosts.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes, the calendar integration may break, but this occurs very rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows clients to book meetings at their convenient time directly, even when we are not there, and without interacting with the client, saving our time and streamlining scheduling.
Great product and even better team
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero offers fucntionality that the bigger players just don't have. It's what led us to them in the first place. This includes super configurable integrations with both Salesforce and Hubspot, flexible implementation options, and more control over the options given for scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've yet to find a downside with RevenueHero. Every time we've run into something we couldn't figure out, they have delivered.

If you have a Demand Gen function at your company you need Revenue Hero
What do you like best about the product?
What started as a quest to see if Chili Piper was the top tool for meeting routing turned into us discovering something even better: Revenue Hero. From the first demo to a couple of months down the line, I've been super impressed with the Revenue Hero team. They're incredibly detailed and made sure their product fit our unique needs perfectly. I’ve never seen customer support respond so fast. I thought after we got everything set up, support might taper off, but they’re still just a Slack message away.
I really value how their product isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. You can tweak it to suit exactly how you handle routing and lead flow, which is great. We hit a lot of walls with Chili Piper due to its limitations. Our Salesforce setup is very unique and complex, we don’t have a MAP, and even so, implementing Revenue Hero was smooth and straightforward. In the three months we've been using it, we haven’t had any issues with integrations or functionality.
I also have to point out how insanely fast they innovate. I read a bunch of reviews before deciding, and many commented on their speed in rolling out new features. In just the last three months alone, the quick fixes and new solutions they've introduced have been outstanding.
Right now, we're routing 90% of all our company’s meetings through their platform, and we plan to phase out our other solution entirely in the next 30 days. Our reps have repeatedly said they prefer the interface and customizability of Revenue Hero way more than Groove or Chili Piper. If you’re thinking about trying something new, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd really have to nitpick to find anything I don't like. Given what you'd pay for similar products, any small issues aren't a big deal. They're a newer company, so you have to cut them some slack if their documentation isn't always spot-on. But honestly, whenever I've mentioned something, they've fixed it super fast, so no worries there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero has been a game-changer for us in qualifying leads by letting website visitors directly book calls into our sales reps' calendars. This saves us the hassle of chasing down leads after they fill out a form, trying to pin down a phone call at a time that works for them. It also smartly routes leads to the right team based on factors like company size, number of locations, and product interest—the customization options for routing rules are practically limitless. We have also started using it with our BDR team to book directly into the AEs calendars. I don't have official data to share yet but the boost of our close and conversation rates has been considerable.
RevenueHero beats Chilipiper on features and price!
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero has a ton of features which allow for easy configuration and setup of new reps, and assignment logic at a fraction of the cost of their competitors. Coming off of a bungled onboarding with ChiliPiper, we were pleasently surprised by how easy to set up RevenueHero was, the amazing attention of their support teams, and how well it integrated with our HubSpot CRM. Additionally, the updating of new features has been at a blazing pace, and our account manager constantly recommends new tools within the software that have been added free-of-charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to make meeting software that is intuitive to navigate and make changes to, but the team at RevenueHero did a very good job considering the complexity of the services they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero allows us to have complex meeting scheduling rules attached to our accounts, which can have up to 6 distinct different owners attached to them.
