Neat scheduling system
What do you like best about the product?
Able to easily route all inbound leads. We don't have a large sales team now, but it's easily scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows have just been introduced, that's a feature I'm excited about. Will automate a bunch of manual tasks I'm doing now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Calendly before this. Revenuehero increased our conversion by 25% and it's been a breeze so far.

Great Alternative to Chili Piper
What do you like best about the product?
It helps in improving your Demo booking rate. We could customize the routing logic as per our custom rules which can boost the conversion rates. It also gives the option to embed the router in the custom design that we can put on the demo page. Support from the implementation team is exceptional and we were able to implement it within a week
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside as such, given it was in the nascent stage when we implemented it, we wanted a few features to meet our needs which were eventually developed in a few weeks and now we see new features are rolled out at a decent pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product demos are one of our core revenue drivers — a prospect booking a demo is one step closer to becoming a paying Mailmodo customer.
However, many people visiting the page were bouncing off before scheduling a demo, which had a direct bearing on the business. The scheduling tool that we were using earlier didn’t have the option of using the Mailmodo brand colors on the meeting scheduling page, which was bad U/X for the customer.
We were able to implement custom logic for lead routing to our AE's and at the same time were able to redesign wth page with our brand colors which improved the overall conversion rate for us.

A must have for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
the instant scheduler feature is amazing and a must have for sales teams with inbound revenue
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had an instant call back feature as well as a safari extension to be able to schedule follow up meeting with people who already scheduled meetings

Simple and easy Scheduling and Lead Routing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero is an early-stage product but the team is quick and responsive in shipping out the features. The support we had from the evaluation to onboarding was exceptional and all it takes is a "Slack Message" for us to reach out to the founding team.
Revenuehero, Offers a user-friendly and easy-to-use interface, and you don't need special knowledge to understand how the tool works.
Pricing - Their pricing module looks promising for the purpose of the tool where we don't have to spend a bomb load of money for scheduling and lead routing!
Whenever a lead books a meeting, our sales folks receive an email confirmation with a Hubspot contact link from where they can enter Hubspot and see through the lead details.
We're waiting on some features, but overall it's a very good tool for sales teams to land and expand.

Since we do a lot of form testing and Internal test signups, we're getting some mismatches in the total reports. We're figuring out a way to bypass those test leads from the qualifying process.

RH aims to streamline and automate meeting scheduling and Lead routing. Its easy-to-use interface and scheduling capabilities help us save time for sales representatives and assign them leads based on their region.

Solves most of the problems for lead routing and meeting scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The loading time is really short and the team was helpful in sharing ideas as to how we can minimize it even further. A lot of feedback from our end was implemented quite earlier than expected - the support level is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as the team is super helpful - the product is quite early as compared to other matured competitors and hence missed some at-par features when we implemented - though it is almost at par now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving a good demo booking experience to your website visitors has two layers to it - their experience while booking the demo and bringing them to the right person on our team. Both problems were solved by Revenue hero for us.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of RevenueHero is its features that allow us to qualify, route, and schedule sales meetings. This helps us to increase the efficiency of the sales process and ultimately leads to an increase in revenue for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't found anything that we dislike. They have a really supportive team that addresses our queries quickly. The product is constantly evolving so anything that we find missing, is usually built by the team as if they're reading our minds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By turning more leads into meetings, RevenueHero helps to grow your pipeline and bring in more potential customers. It also helps us to reduce the time required to connect with the prospect right from filling out the form to booking a meeting.

Honestly, nothing. The team is constantly shipping new features and resolving issues.

It integrates smoothly with our CRM and doesnt require any change in the way we used to work.
