Gets the job done - simple, effective and easy to use

Everything's working well so far. Nothing to complain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using calendly, and faced two problems:
1) couldn't show multiple sales calenadrs to our prospects (depending on availability)
2) couldn't get customer details before they were shown the calendar - so any drop off on the calendar page went dark

Insanely good tool that's saving us TONS of time
What do you like best about the product?
The entire RevenueHero experience has been awesome (great product, quick implementation, and a really supportive team)
We were looking at a few different solutions for demo routing (manual was becoming way too much of a headache) and stumbled across these guys
from the sales process on everything was a breeze - we had quick, attentive support during the implementation process and their team was super thorough in answering questions supplying us with ACTUALLY helpful documentation (they don't just rip out random help articles)
post-implementation everythings been a breeze and the level of support has not dropped off at all
would recommend to anyone looking

can't say too much here. we like everything about the tool
only room for improvement might be automating/making the setup process a bit more self serve but that wouldn't impact us and just might allow them to expand more easily down market

as a fast-growing startup we used to route leads manually through a slack channel. this only works for so long
as the team grew, so did the number of leads and we found ourselves wasting too much time on routing logic
RH has taken over the entire process for us. leads are routed directly and correctly to the right persons calendars so that we no longer have to waste hours in slack trying to figure out who each lead should go to

- we can set up our timezones and calendars
- it's highly customised for each person wet timings

- should have better interface and meeting email content

Earlier it was haste to manually create meeting links for every AE, that problem is solved

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such but I think they will come out with a multilingual feature soon. LATAM and SEA markets will be the growth engine for a lot of us in SaaS B2B industry. Content localization will really drive growth in these markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not getting enough demos scheduled from our Website. We traditionally captured the lead information and SDRs to contact them later. Many of these turned cold and stopped responding to our emails/calls. We are now able to schedule a call with a lot fewer follow-ups.

I’m a huge fan of the ease with which potential clients can now book meetings with our team through a minimalistic process. This has not only enhanced our landing page conversion rates but also made our internal lead distribution more efficient.

Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike. The support team is incredibly attentive to our suggestions, and it’s fantastic to witness the ongoing progress on their roadmap.

We aimed to tackle three objectives - Increase the conversion rate from our landing page to demo bookings, minimize the steps involved in scheduling a demo, and automatically assign leads to the appropriate team member. RevenueHero effectively resolved all of these concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to customise the lead routing logic based on the needs of the user on any logical function. The implementation team did a great job in fastly setting up the process.

There is nothing to dislike about this product.

It streamlines the whole meeting scheduling and lead routing part in an easy way. the product is very user-friendly and has an easy-to-use interface. It saves time for reps.

Not much to dislike. RevenueHero has a better workflow and routing capabilities compared to our previous solution

Lead routing and assignment was an issue, this solves the problem and assigns leads based on different criteria we've set. Workflow management is easier. And we are able to better track demo shows and routing post no shows
Great for meeting routing
What do you like best about the product?
Love how you can create custom meeting links within rev hero and that it automatically routs inbound leads. Takes the stress out of having to look at a router and figure out who is up next when an inbound meeting comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit tricky to nagivate at times. When looking for an upcoming meeting sometimes you need to scroll all the way to the bottom and it can be a tad confusing.

It takes the hassle out of trying to manually rout inbound demo requests. The whole process is much more streamlined and efficient allowing us to focus on other areas of growth.

What do you like best about the product?
It used to be a pain to follow up with the inbound form fills, Revenuehero allows the buyers to book the AE calendar without waiting for the sales team to get back to them. This has helped us improve our demo booking rate.

Nothing in specific. It solves the purpose for me.

Nothing really. The team is super responsive to any feedback, and it has been amazing to see the progress on the roadmap.
