What do you like best about the product?
A really simple product that's easy to use and set up. The best part is the support and the team that's put all of this together. They're always there to help us and genuinely care about your team booking more meetings/having more conversations with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, really. I wish they had meeting slots I could pop in on my email like some other software do. I'm sure they're already working on this and it's only a matter of time before we see this feature in Revenue Hero as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue Hero has been helping us schedule a lot more meetings and have more conversations with prospective buyers. The prospects don't have to wait for someone to get in touch with them to set up a time for a meeting. It's made the whole process a lot faster.
Seamless and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Lead routing has been an absolute breeze. Weighted lead routing and automatic meeting outcome updates on the CRM have been game changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few reporting limitations and a lack of export options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero helps us route leads quickly. End user experience is frictionless, and we have seen increased bookings since implementation.

Flexibility to Schedule Meetings Based on the criteria. The team is really great and responds quickly

There is nothing to dislike. It has really helped us booking more meetings.

We are solving inbound demo conversion issues and seamless booking of meetings with the sales team.
A solid tool with fantastic support and a bright future
What do you like best about the product?
The support is incredible. Easily the best part is having all my problems solved virtually live in Slack. It makes troubleshooting and integration so much easier knowing I have round-the-clock live help in any timezone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's relatively new so documentation is low: the best thing to do is to ask support if you have questions, as self-serve isn't there yet and some of the tools are still being built out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most calendar scheduling tools are inflexible, ugly and lack effective routing functionality. RevenueHero understands how my business thinks about lead routing and is just built for the modern way of doing this business. It immediately makes them more useful (and much better priced) than Chili Piper.

Great feature set similar to that of Chili Piper. What stands out the most and sets RH apart from the other platforms in the space is their smooth buying process, fast & helpful onboarding, INCREDIBLE support, and ability to quickly innovate their product by actually listening to customer feedback.
My experience with RH (I've used Chili Piper + Calendly) blew my expectations away, and it has been the best experience I've had with any software provider.

Having a robust integration between RevenueHero and Hubspot CRM was crucial to the Threado team from the start. With the help of the integration, they are able to stay on top of all customers and close deals faster as they have a 360-degree view of all meetings through every stage of the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to be honest; just waiting for the slack integration.

We are now able to book more demos from websites, get more conversions, and save a ton of time for our sales reps.
Best and Affordable Inbound Lead Scheduling App
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero is a great Inbound Lead Scheduling tool and is super affordable in comparison to the other tools in the market. It is also a lot more intuitive and user-friendly in comparison to the other tool we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still new in the market and catching up on features. But the product velocity has been great, and has mostly launched all the features we've been requesting for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use RevenueHero to match, map, and schedule all the inbound leads we receive on our website. They eliminate the back and forth communication and accelerate the lead assignment process.

What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero makes routing all inbound leads efficient. And the loading time for the calendar is short, giving a good user experience for the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few feedbacks, which were implemented and shipped relatively fast. The support is excellent!

Earlier, we had issues with the calendar loading speed, lead routing and assignment, and RevenueHero solved all these problems for us.
