Good Product. Great Team.
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero, the product, has decreased barriers for our ideal leads to get to sales and has increased our form-fill-to-meeting rate 140%, with 40% of them having positive outcomes. We've been using the tool for a few months, so this is a promising trend.
The tool has also undergone some positive UI changes and once you learn the language and the process, it's pretty easy to use and reliable.
Where RevenueHero really shines, though, is the responsiveness of their team. They are often (always?) available and help troubleshoot or fix bugs faster than any other marketing software company I've worked with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much to say other than I hope the UI continues to develop. It works as expected, and despite some issues with settings that have caused headaches on our end, their team was quick to help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the process of getting the right leads to meet with our sales team. We use it to only allow our ICP leads to set meetings, so we're very selective in how we use it. If you just turn it on for all leads and you have a small sales team, it can quickly become a headache.

What do you like best about the product?
The product works as advertised, but what's notable is their level of service. The team at RevenueHero goes out of its way to support its customers. Unlike other providers, you can work with a human to resolve your problems, and they're fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. The product works as advertised at an affordable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero routes demo requests based on Salesforce account ownership, and if an account is unassigned, it assigns the meeting via a round-robin. This will ensure that meetings get booked faster and with the correct rep.
Switched from Chili Piper to RevenueHero
What do you like best about the product?
Revenue Hero is much more straightforward than ChiliPiper. Their seat licenses are simple and easy to understand. Users are in the system or not, and everyone has access to all parts of the tool. The router successfully assigns meetings to the correct lead every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is still pretty new, I would like to be able to delete users a little easier, and I would like to be able to clone routers / rules. This would speed up the creation of new routers and forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue Hero allows us to route existing contacts with existing Owners without asking additional questions in our demo form. Additionally, Revenue Hero lets us route leads to sales reps with custom rules for the routing.
Great product, amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
For a fairly new product, revenuehero already possess some truly impressive product features; Seamless integration with Hubspot and Slack , supports our rather complex routing rules, SDR to AE relay etc. In situations where we are looking for a feature or use case that is missing, they try to instantly provide a solution for our specific need. My favorite bit about RevHero however is the level of support they provide. Always available on slack whenever we need to talk to someone. For a SaaS company, that is really amazing.

So far so good. Nothing to report here at the moment

We wanted prospects who submit forms from our website be able to book meetings directly in our reps calendars immediately after form submission
Great product with even better support
What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero helped us streamline our sales funnel across multiple teams and markets. The feature set and pricing are more than competitive and have just the right market fit. What I liked the best is the ease of configuration and integration with HubSpot that we are using. On top of that, the support we got from their side is unmatched. Always ready to jump on a call and help with even the slightest issue our complex process requires.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can tell that RevenueHero is still a young company, and its feature list is still growing. There are some minor bugs and issues that popped up here and there. But all those were reported, investigated and fixed within the days if not hours.

RevenueHero provides an easy way for our clients to schedule appointments via our website. At the same time, it took all the complexity out of our internal processes and streamlined lead-to-account matching for our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily embedded in our commercial site and our calendars. Great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a built in area based team routing but they helped us set it up using a 3rd party user location service.

Logical routing of demos to AEs. Streamlining middle-of-the-funnel conversations with call reminders.

Round Robin assignment could be better. The capacity management is off at times.

We've had issues with mapping the right segment prospects to AEs which Revenue Hero is solving for us.

Revenue hero helped us with improved the no. of meetings booked and assignment to based on various lead assignment options
RevenueHero significantly reduced our meeting drop-offs!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up routers and their proactive support to address issues have helped us move smoothly from Chilipiper. We were able to see a faster load time for our calendar, and we're also able to validate this from our user's perspective, as the drop-offs have significantly reduced after implementing RevenueHero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's an early-stage product, we run into a few specific requirements that are not readily available. However, their team quickly builds the capability and ships it to production in weeks, if not days. So, nothing to complain about here.

We use RevenueHero for a) online appointment booking, b) booking calls to an existing owner of a returning prospect, c) setting up use-case specific routers (emails, chatbots, etc.), d) Giving weightage to specific reps based on region, seniority, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The support around the clock. Onboarding and setup was easy and they are on top of communication with feedback, requests, etc. Love the amount of customizations and down-to-earth, good people they have employed there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like about RevenueHero! I wish they had a live booking feature but I hear that's in the near-term roadmap. So definitely excited :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing leads based on company size - either to schedule a phone call or get started with self-serve onboarding. Their software integrates with our Webflow form and is easy to map and send data to Hubspot and other CRMs.
