Wonderful product and customer success manager

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is truly invested in our success. I have been both grateful and in awe of how much support and hand-holding the RH team have provided us to ensure that RH is not just integrating properly but optimized for our workflow and our objectives.It takes a little bit of time to understand how to use it, but with the customer success team's help, I quickly got up to speed and was able to implement an integrated solution with Hubspot for demo requests in just a few hours. The new workflow is far superior to the one we had in place. The sales team uses RH daily and loves it. As an admin, I have been able to "set it and forget it!" Everything is working flawlessly. I am sure I will have more use cases for RH soon!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at all. I and the team love the way RH integrates easily with Hubspot and our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very quirky demo request and meeting scheduling workflow that created unintentional friction with prospects. By integrating with Hubspot, RH now allows us to remove friction and easily follow up with prospects to book demos. For prospects, it's just a click to schedule a meeting now.
