Not much to consider here. Im not sure why this neeeds to be longer.

Variety in segments, roles, shifting team coverage globally. Scheduling directly in product.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology just works! But more importantly their support function is amazing. Any time I have a question or need help setting something up they are quick to respond and are available on Slack. They really feel like an extension of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit of work, something things that should be easy to find and edit can take a bit of searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Revenue Hero for inbound meeting scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero is a powerhouse meeting scheduler. The HubSpot integration has been invaluable for our workflow, and connecting it to our onsite forms was seamless.

RevenueHero can handle both individual and team scheduling needs. I use it for my own meetings and we also use their round robin feature to distribute meetings across our entire team.

RevenueHero's customer support and onboarding team has truly been exceptional, with a special shout out to Bhargav. RevenueHero's support staff is top tier and among the best I've had the pleasure of interfacing with.

They've made the platform's extensive features approachable and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
While very powerful, RevenueHero's exhaustive feature set can almost be overwhelming. At first glance the platform seems complex, however, with the excellent onboarding experience, they helped guide us through the platform's complexity and uncover the features that were important to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero effectively distributes demo requests across the team while ensuring HubSpot, Zoom, and Google Calendar are all synced. Additionally, RevenueHero enables each person to configure personal meeting links which can be shared or embedded in email to make booking meetings easy for prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology is great, but the customer experience and support is out of this world. They are extremely dedicated, responsive, and helpful with any request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a power user of the tool yet, and sometimes can get lost in the navigation, so I end up clicking around a bit. It's not a big deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted the ability to spin up or down simple to advanced routing logic, based on changes to internal sales team strategy. This helps us route meetings to the right team member effortlessly.

It can take some time to explore all its capabilities. However, their support team is always available to help.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool works great for booking meetings. It integrates well with HubSpot & gives us extra reporting, we've never had any issues.

But the support is great. Whenever we encounter an issue the team is ready to help us solve it almost immediately. They're really helpful & easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little tricky to get your head around. Sometimes making changes aren't entirely obvious or intuitive. But this is more than made up for by the support you receive. The team are seemingly available 24/7 to help, and somehow remember details about our company from months and months ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting – we can now report based on the time the meeting is scheduled for, not just the time the booking is made.

Great Product with Amazing Support

What do you like best about the product?
We use RevenueHero for routing and scheduling demos and sales conversations from our website and it was very easy to integrate with the Hubspot forms we use for this purpose, our teams' Google Calendars as well as our other tools.

It was easy to configure, especially with the unparalleled support our RevenueHero team, especially Bhargav, has provided. We have a Slack channel with 7 RevenueHero employees on it and our questions get answered quickly, no matter the time of day. The team is always happy to jump on a quick call and walk us through exactly how to address whatever question we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. As the tool is fairly flexible, there's a bit to configure and as it just runs itself it's not a tool that as an admin I need to be in very often. So with all of that, I do sometimes need to poke around a bit to remind myself where a certain congfiguration is located. But I'm always able to find what I'm looking for and know if I can't, I can always reach out to the RevenueHero team and get a quick, complete answer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use RevenueHero to route and schedule our demo and sales discussion requests from our website and other channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the platform is fantastc. solves the specific problem we were running into.

The segmentation, matching, and distribution of leads has helped us generate more revenue.

We use it ALL DAY. It was super easy to implement, integrate and use.

Also, their support team is top tier. Shoutout to Sanjit!!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say I disliked anything I would say a cleaner integration into hubspot would help but I think this is more of a hubspot issue. Regardless it just takes a few minutes to work though it, and their suppor team makes that easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation, distribution, and scheduling of inbound leads; which contributes to closing rates.

Fits all our needs

What do you like best about the product?
Our lead routing requirements become more complex as we grow, and so far RevenueHero has all the answers and features to route seamlessly. We have (from my point of view) a fairly complicated setup, but the support team immediately had all the answers to help set it up exactly how we wanted it.

The switch to RevenueHero was done without problems and the setup was done within one week. I've used other routing tools like Chili Piper before and so far RevenueHero outperforms it by features and use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that support couldn't resolve. Some minor UX remarks, for example, to easily find the distribution rules, but nothing really worth complaining about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason why we switched to RevenueHero is a set of complex routing requirements, such as contact & company owner routing and geo-specific routing rules.
On top of that there's a lot more features that we're starting to use, like the proposal of time slots in emails, through the RevenueHero plugin.
