What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use and for admins they use RLP which is a dream come true. It takes few mintues to do the setup - and you are good to go. Their customer support team is incredible and helped with every challenge we faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope it will generate code one day but it's not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding infomration, sharing knowledge, reducing number of tickets
