Protect with Proofpoint
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless experience our end users have with implementing Proofpoint as our security partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect better monitoring and reporting capabilities for customers using the solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transitioning from an on prem solution to Proofpoint was to be able to scale to volumes we experience and support our growing demands

What do you like best about the product?
easy to mitigate issues and protect against attacks

slight learning curve but very small complaint

this helping us to defend againts attacks from outside actors

What I like about PP Email Security and Protection is that it provides really granular details about emails that generate alerts and makes it easy for me to review and remediate.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't useful but the UI could be a little less dull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to identify any pressing issues with the information it provides.

The threat intel is great and the enterprise use is good.

I wish the email update regarding threat type was faster.

We use the phish alarm feature. That has been benificial in quick threat analysis.

TAP is very helpful, easy to use once you learn

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the "ease of access" and how I can quickly navigate between multiple portals to gather neccessary information to remediate any active incident.
Furthemore upkeep of the applications are not intrusive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful item about Proofpoint is the lack of communication during a service outage or other issue that affects email delivery. Most time we are not aware unless we are physically checking the support site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legal firms must handle alot of "non-business" emails such as gmail, outlook, etc. Proofpoint email security allows the firm to continue business without large security risks. Furthermore, in the event of a business compromise items such as browser isolation will allow us to conitnue business without infecting our network.
Trifecta of Excellence: Great Security, Easy management, Excellent scalability
What do you like best about the product?
ESP provides great security. Out of box deployment reduced our end user spam and risk delivery by an estimated 40%. AFter performing tuning and customization, we were able to reduce this number further to over 60%.
customer support help is always very responsive. We also utilized monthly touch points for health checks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Console can sometimes because slow. The aggressive nature of the product will cause false positives based on conditional properties that can be a challenge to over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constanly under attack as one of hte top 5 law firms world wide. Proofpoint has done an incredible job blocking phish and spear phishing attacks. The ability to customize the protection based on Routing policies makes it easier to provide individual support and blockig levels for our shareholders.

Secure, great product.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it categorises every quarentined email that comes through, so you can make an informed decsion if a user would like an email releasing. Also that it takes out a lot of the Spam messages, so it never gets to the user's inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email since implementation have still made it through to user which have been malicious. Only was removed once the user had clicked the link and compromised their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping more senior members of the company getting targetting with malicous emails as they are the most targeted.
Broad product, good protection

It gives strong and varied protection in the background with minimal tuning and input required

Some manual actions are required, can be time consuming
