Excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is excellent and the engineers I worked with are very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was a bit confusing for some users. It was resolved by the documentation though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to block at lot of unwanted emails that was not possible with our previous system.

What do you like best about the product?
Spam mail eliminate rate is very effectve i think.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface can have much more easy management surface .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We protect our users for spam mail attacks.Also we use URL detection.In case of any risky URL the tool blocking or informing user and administrators.
ProofPoint protect our Enterprise Email infrastructure and prevent any attack
What do you like best about the product?
ProofPoint Email Security and Protection provide us a robust and reliable 24/7 message hygiene and secure email services. Ever since we signed up with ProofPoint Hygiene Service we have zero SEV 1 for any SMTP related incident, ProofPoint Email Security and Protection is a services we can trust and they have knowledgeable support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration export of from the POD and Email firewall rule reorganization with a number instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very customizable email firewall rule, I can use the rule to meet different line of business unique email routing requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is excellent and the engineers are knowledgeable

To get support you will need to have a ticket number before help center will talk to you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for mail hygiene but also we see who are the most attacked user and we extra protect our executives

easy of use, coverage of different threats, behavior module, attachment sandbox,

different view for TAP and Email Security

phishing which is 98% the number one for malware spread
Proofpoint Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoints UI is a very analyst friendly interface. It is easy to navigate through the UI and find what i need very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that i dislike inside proofpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normal problems consist of correcting false positives in the spam filter, and reminding users how to send encrypted emails.
Best email protection ever
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it pulls bad emails from exchange and does not impact the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a conflict if you use O365 and Proofpoint, if one removes a bad email, it does not tell the other product.

We solve embedded URLs, attachments, and spoofed emails.

Hands down the best Email protection platform I've had the pleasure of using.
What do you like best about the product?
The granular controls and settings over email. If there is a business email need... Proofpoint has a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selfishly I would love to see 1 feature that doesn't exist that I submitted a feature request for and that is domain age reputation. Emails coming from a domain of a newer age <> would be subject to Proofpoint's security controls up to and including quarantining for manual analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic triaging and filtering of emails for malicious content both inbound and outbound. Before the platform was installed we would have respond and remediate several business email compromised (BEC) accounts per month, since we've integrated Proofpoint over 2 years ago there was an immediate reduction of 95% in BEC, and none in the last 8 months.

Don't hesitate, you won't regret the decision.
Email Security that works
What do you like best about the product?
The spam protection and detection as well as email fraud detection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not that user friendly and could use a face lift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing, spam detection, spam protection, user email management. Users can manage their own quarantine easily and inbound mail filtering works consistent and accurately.

Securing our Email. Greater protection on bad emails and ease to get them out of the system if they make it thru.

Trial and see for you it be done after your existing system and it will catch what you currently have doesn't.
