Good product with quick dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use, and the dashboard quickly loads valuable information. Lots of options to search for messages, and it gives a lot of helpful information when viewing each message.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smart search stopped showing the recipient address if it couldn't match it with an account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides additional protection and visibility over multiple email facets with quick visual representations of mail flow within our environment. The information you can see when searching for messages is also really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup of Proofpoint has been so easy and support that we have received from them is spectacular! Our email has been reduced by around 40% simply by tightening up our SPAM and Bulk email capabilities. My team is in Proofpoint daily handling requests, quarantines and other actions. It has automated their workload and reduced the number of hours they spend processing email security greatly. I cannot wait to get the CASB product in place with our DLP. So far the implementation has gone very well. It has not had any issues with integration to our other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I don't have anything that I dislike about the Proofpoint products. I'm sure over time we will find some tweaks that we wish to suggest to them, but so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is greatly reducing the amount of bulk and spam email that we receive and has helped us tighten up some rules that under Microsoft were either not processing correctly or were not available to us.

Great tool for having security response tool. Great tool for email protection too.

None. I do not think any dislikes. Great tool regardless.

Problem with Email security. Proofpoint came and became a hero for resolving and remediating, automation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To name a few: Phising protection, Spam protection, keeping my domain's mx record clean

Proofpoint is intuitive, responsive, and their market coverage means they can respond to threats they've seen with OTHER customers to also protect You.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proofpoint's older management interface was relatively slow, but they've been rebuilding a new interface that is considerably faster.
Proofpoint can rarely be a little over zealous with their protection, however support is very responsive and remedies the situation quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam protection is great, but I feel like URL rewriting is the real star of phishing protection. Knowing which links are clicked on (and being able to stop future clicks after a site is known bad) is next level.
Proofpoint Email has saved us many times.
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, we have used it for years and its rare for any phishing or bad email to get into our world. Very easy to implement, as Proofpoint will help you every step of the way, and if you need more direction after word they have great customer support.

It can be complicated due to the many options and areas in which things are configured and multiple servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the phishing and bad emails away from our executives that love clicking on things :)

Easy integration with O365, reliable and easy to use for our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints about the system. It is a little pricey.

This makes sure our emails are more secure, and prevents the accidental sending of personal information.

I best I like is the support on the product. All techs are highly knowledge able and can help you very quickly.

Only down side so far that i see is having so many different sites you need to access to manage the whole system.

Email security is the biggest problem it is sloving.
We also use for testing our users and trainning our users on email phishing techniques, which is very important to us.

I really dislike how everything is in separate portals and links. It would be nice if everything was in one link so you can view all modules and sources easily.

The amount of BEC it stops is impressive.
