Best tool for Email security
What do you like best about the product?
Its been a 4 month we're getting phining email on the name of our MD, weekly we received around 4 to 5 emails, but since we have implemented in ProofPoint Email Security, we are not getting any phishing emails or any spam email, ProofPoint helps us to diagnose and analyze all the email and block to enter the network and help us in details, and generate the report
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too fast to say as we have started using Email security few months back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big problem is the Phishing email which was coming to frequently and due to that many users were facing issue, that stops and we can analyise more preciously after installing.

Good introduction for beginners to Proofpoint
What do you like best about the product?
I recently joined the Email admin team within my organization and I was given Proofpoint training links to begin my journey and as a newbie to this domain, the videos and topics were super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say in order to help employees learn more, maybe to include more quizzes at the end of each course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint is the email security gateway that my company utitlizes in order to protect Koch from external users via email.

What do you like best about the product?
quick action on anything coming in, scanning is brilliantly fast. It catches more than ms, and works in hand with trap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to much actually. Sometimes but few, issues with admin console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reactive checking if found in other businesses to notify us. Automated response helps as well.
Strong email protection from Proofpoint
What do you like best about the product?
The unified Dashboard is user friendly, email filtering, rules work as expected, the AI works fine to control the spam emails. It helped the risk and compliance management of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can be better and also I expect reporting to be better in coming days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual email filtering consumes a lot of time. Today in the age of increased cyber attacks, spam email is one of the major source of attack and the email protection helps to keep the spam/bad emails from the reach of user who can click any link in those email to be a easy target.

What do you like best about the product?
As an security engineer, Proofpoint Email Security and Protection is very useful especially in our organization as we always use email to send critical datas. It protects our datas as well as protect our organization by blocking malicious emails from any threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as this solutions is very flexible in terms of email security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hepls us to filter emails coming to our domains, blocks malicious emails. It protect not just our users but the entire organization from different threats like phishing. It is also easy to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint protection has given us the ability to get an immense visualization into our email traffic. We have been able to see just how many emails get blocked for us, as well as easily create rules and policies to allow emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proofpoint Protection was a bit of a tough learn, as you can easily be engulfed in the many menus and tabs within the software. Once you master the software, you will have no issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Proofpoint Protection, we are now able to allow our users to encrypt their sensitive emails leaving the company walls, as well as catch spam and phishing emails with ease.
Great email protection
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite asset about Proofpoint is catching phishing threats in real-time. It is helpful so that users do not get compromised for internal phishing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about PP is when phishing campaigns are not caught in real time causing a manaul triage to take place. Improvements to catching real time threats would be most beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems it is solving is phishing campaigns and users entering in credentials into phishing links. This prevents users from getting compromised and spreading campaigns internally and externally.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely versatile and capable. Modular add-on offerings are great and allow for sequential deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get complex quickly. Need to have a very high-level understanding of how corporate emails systems function.

Encryption, Phishing, SPAM, inline Anti-Virus, Anti-Spoofing, Automation, Reporting
Good Email Security solution
What do you like best about the product?
Most of its modules are cloud based and it is really to use. The fact that is cloud based means we don't have to carry the burden of mantaining the infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overwhelming having to access to many portals that they have, it becomes confusing and easy to not see something. They need to provide a seamless experience to the administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were getting a lot of spam with the solution and a lot of phishing, we frequently had issues with users falling for a phish that would end up replicating to a lot of the users. Also, it was difficult to allow our applications to securely send emails.
Very good platform and very helpful people
What do you like best about the product?
The people are very helpful to answer questions and fix issues. Always working with us to improve our enviroment to make the best use out of their products.
What do you dislike about the product?
GUI in the cloud is sometimes slow but the system works.

Makes our email environment more reliable and secure.
