What do you like best about the product?
Email security is very good and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really I like how it's user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution helped us greatly improve the level of protection as it allows us to have greater control in addition to advanced features such as monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs are high and the licensing model could be more diverse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It drastically reduced the amount of spam, provided protection to the executives, and we still have a clear opportunity to add new features.
Works best the way it should
What do you like best about the product?
Offers comprehensive email protection and gives us minimal alerts where there is an issue thereby reducing noise level to really actionable ones,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike as the tool is fairly straightforward and perhaps the improve area is in the area of documentation on tips and tricks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as the first layer of defense in protecting us from potential malicious emails and enhances the over email security posture with a good detection mechanism against phishing and BEC.

Phishing email protection and URL rewrite and tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it has better case management and correction and automation in TRAP.

Phishing email analysis and link protection and VIP user tracking, many more.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use and setup and is extremely effective at blocking targeted emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't have any major issues, however sometimes it's inconvenient to review messages accidentally sent to spam

N/A - Proofpoint excels in tackling some of the most challenging aspects of email security, including Email Sender Authentication. Proofpoint Has Robust Email Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint has a solid product that works well at protecting against email-based threats. They are very slow to release new capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been taking years for them to move to the new admin portal and they still aren't finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product does a great job at blocking the majority of email-based threats.
Top Notch Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable email security program. Combines many facets of email security and allows you to create routes and policies to protect your end users. The supports we receieve when we have questions is excellent. Can quickly determine why an email didnt get delivered, view all of the applicaible information about the email, and determine if you want it delivered or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some actions you can perform in the new UI,and some have to be done in the old. Seems like a few products were purcahsed to make this all come toegether, but they are getting closer to a unified dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an extremely abused attack vector for ransomware. Without strong tools, our ogranization could have easily been compromised already. This also protects our outbound email by recoginzing and encrypting any emails with potentially sensitve data.
Proofpoint gives you a lot of bang for your buck
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint email security comes with a bundle of cyber-security tools that allow even the smallest of teams to defend against the most advanced attacks. The tools do a wonderful job determining what is legitimate and what is not legitimate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all tools in this space it is not perfect and there are times when illegitimate emails get through but I have noticed that only about 1-2% of the time that I have used the product after it has been tuned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve the number one way that attackers get into an organization and that is stopping phishing emails from coming in and also providing the tools that allow us to automate the analysis of emails that come inwhich allow our Tier 2 and 3 analysts to focus on higher priority incidents. Their security awareness tool alone has significantly decreased the number of clicks on malicious links due to clear information that is displayed in the trainings.
Proofpoint Email Protection
What do you like best about the product?
ProofPoint does an excellent job of blocking and filtering threats, spam and bulk email without over blocking. The reporting is great and it is easy to searcht he logs for delivery problems. One of my favorite features though is the TRAP/CLEAR functionality. Users can submit suspect emails for anylsis and any email deemed threating will automatically be quarantined across the entire Exchange environment. In addition email retrospectivly deemed threating will also be auto qurantied from all user mailboxes across the environement. This saves a ton of time on clearing up any threat that has post delivery content or was missed initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one chief complaint is that the managment protals for the varios componenets are seprerated and not under s single UI. It would be super handy if all of the configuration, anlysis, and reporting wereunder a single UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We employ ProofPoint primarily as an SMTP security gateway. We use it for filtering SPAM and bulk email but really lean on it for detecting and removing malicious email, malware and phish emails.
