Very good tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have the full suite of Proofpoint products and so far it is performing beyond expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs initial tuning which took us a while. But now it's doing great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Malicious emails are effectively identified.

Enterprise Grade Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our Microsoft email services and the ability to pull malicious emails, even if they are weaponized after initial receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend administrative panel is not a modern design, and a bit clunky. The spamtrap that end users use is also a bit archaic - you can only block 5 email addresses at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us advanced viability into our email threat landscape and enables us to action quickly and automatically.

Proofpoint is Rock Solid But Has a Dated UX
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint is one of the best in the business and it is clear why. Their platform is incredibly at identifying threats before they get to an inbox and it has a ton of customizations available to make things work exactly as we need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main interface is incredibly outdated. They company has been working to move over to a more modern UX for years now but many features are locked to the old interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint helps us to keep malicious and distracting emails out of inboxes which keeps the organization safer and helps to cut out spam and junk mail our employees would otherwise receive.

Proofpoint is a great solution for email security that is made better by great customer service.

More self service documentation would be beneficial.

Proofpoint helps reduce the phishing and malware threats, protecting the end user from common mistakes.

The solution helped us greatly evolve the level of protection as it allows us to have greater control in addition to advanced features such as monitoring.

The costs are high and the licensing model could be more diverse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It drastically reduced the amount of spam, brought protection to the executives, and we still have a clear opportunity to add new features.
Works best the way it should
What do you like best about the product?
Offers comprehensive email protection and gives us minimal alerts where there is an issue thereby reducing noise level to really actionable ones,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike as the tool is fairly straightforward and perhaps the improve area is in the area of documentation on tips and tricks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as the first layer of defense in protecting us from potential malicious emails and enhances the over email security posture with a good detection mechanism against phishing and BEC.
