Email Security accuracy with minimal false positives
What do you like best about the product?
First the detection rates are top notch for both spam, phishing, and bulk email. Our users are not wasting time filtering through emails. The false positive rates are low and the system learns quicklyif we do get some. The URL detection is top notch and has protected us from a number of possible issues. The onboarding was great and support helped anytime we needed. Documentation was top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing and licensing structure is hard to deal with. New features are sometimes "addons" and not just added to main product. This can be a pain if you want those features. Some additional out of the box integrations with some of our email SAAS providers for tools would be welcomed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of email that comes into our organization was out of control and having a stable filtering system helped us greatly in viewing the mail that matters.

The tool is very robust. Our Security Operation team are happy with the results since using ProofPoint email security.

For TRAP SaaS it does not yet have jira cloud API

Good phishing, BEC, spam, malware detection, minimal user impact, responsive and helpful support
What do you dislike about the product?
PPD UI is slow and dated, sometimes it takes a long time to load areas of the dashboard.

Prevents spam, phishing and BEC from reaching users.

How easy it is to navigate and get visibility.

The false positives are sometimes hard to navigate. Some threats that are relatively obsure do not include explanation.

The Necessary Solution to Prevent Incoming Email Threats and Increase Security Posture.
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint Email Security and Protection has increased our overall security posture. The volume of malicious emails hitting every organization is significant, but Proofpoint filters out nearly 100% of malicious traffic. The onboarding of the service and DMARC implementation was simple and very much supported by Proofpoint engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it would be better to have a single pane of glass for the different Proofpoint products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization had to find a new solution to combat the deluge of daily phishing attempts and malicious email attachments. With Proofpoint Email Security, we now have confidence that malicious emails are blocked at the perimeter or shortly after being received.

It has great UI & easy to configure, They have great Integration capability with rest of the scurity stack.

OnPrem TRAP UI, They should think of supporting Virtual appliance in Cloud

Proofpoint isd a great customer focused company
What do you like best about the product?
Custoimer service and health checks which result in knowledge transfer. The company is always refining and expanding their portfolio. Very customer focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only really issue is the original admin Pod is slow and clunky. Most of this functionality has been migrated to a new admin console with all functions on a roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving both our DLP and malware issues. The suite of products really protects the primary vector of compromise in our organization.
All in one for Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it works and it's simplicity. The alerts are spot on and fine tuning isn't that difficult either

Too many consoles to manage if you have multiple Proofpoint products
