What do you like best about the product?
A highly customisable Email gateway, with excellent protection and feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit outdated but is still functional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint email gateway is our front line of defence against email based threats and attack vectors

The UI is well overdue an upgrade, which I understand is coming

Mostly to protect against malicious incoming email.

Next level email security

What do you like best about the product?
The security and technology offered by Proofpoint is head and shoulders above our previous product. The intelligence and information employed and presented in the dashboards makes issues easily understandable and simple to action. The many functions such as TAP, TRAP, CLEAR etc, all help to create a clean and secure email landscape and the improvements in the product come through thick and fast.

We use the interface every day and it's like second nature now and the customer support is second to none. The implementation is led along with professionals and, on the whole, is a relatively smooth process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The many, many portals. Especially the old POD portal which is slow, cumbersome and hard to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint has really helped to prevent BEC issues within our business as this is something we were really suffering with whilst with our previous product. After Proofpoint was implemented, the amount of these type of attacks that got through dropped to virtually zero.

What do you like best about the product?
This product has made a significant difference with our e-mail security & protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The old administration portal and there are still a few minor bugs that are due to be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is ensuring that e-mail delivered to end users are as clean as possible protecting the user and organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all the great security it provides for the company.
The Integration is realy easy because the system is very flexible.
Proofpoint provides great customer support in case help is needed.
We are a Partner of Proofpoint and I appreciate that they value our experience and knowledge and ask us what we would like to see improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The WebGUI is outdated (on premise installation only).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its really effective getting the mailboxes of our users clean and the company safe. The TAP Dashboard also gives us really good visibility about the Threat Factors.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the product helped to ensure the implementation worked to enable us to gain protection at a higer rate. This product is highly used throughout our org ensabling us to gain a greater defense posture and ensuring we have up to date intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only having the ID in the TAP platform. It would be great to have more context data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled us to ensure our environment and users have the protection they need and the ability to scale.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean dashboards and powerful information presented in such a digestible way. The ease of implimentation was a highlight for me. and the ongoing support i have received has been incredibly helpful in keeping us on top of our email records.
What do you dislike about the product?
navigation with the filters can sometimes be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a management of our email records and helps curbed the spoofing we were experiencing.
