Stable and wide ranging solution, easy to manage

Integrations with other Proofpoint products are managed by far too many separate web interfaces.

Spam and malware filtering, mail traffic reporting.

Detection level and digest frequency/configuration.

Complex configuration out of the box. Takes time to learn.

Phishing and malware emails rarely come through and even when missed at first glance, PP notifies us of potential clicks, account takeover etc

Product can be difficult to configure in complex environments, but the sales engineering team, PS and TAM were able to assist with all aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organisation has a complex global infrastructure and centralising security control was causing significant issues and increasing risk. Implementing ProofPoint has consoloidated our email security posture while also adding scale, flexibility and advanced protection.
