Proofpoint TAP - Detailed reports and Robust Support
What do you like best about the product?
TAP Dashboard and insights are really detailed. The Health check feature allows us to drive our email security strategy in the right direction. Along with this, the regular check ins with the support team and the QBRs helps us dig deeper into the threats we are facing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have specifically come across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the main email protection gateway service providing anti spam and phishing protection.

Real time monitoring and protection, great customer support

Easy way to protect the email
What do you like best about the product?
is a easy platform to protect the email in a simple way, easy to implement, with a lot of features. The support team, is agile to solve the issues. We have a lot of emails per month (more than 14 million) and only deliver 20% of those emails. Easy to integrate with Entra and SIEM to get the events.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss the option to get the audit logs, or use regular expressions to find emails in quarantine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reduce the number of false positives and improve the email higiene, to allow our users to work in an efficient way, avoiding the spam and phising campaings. We reduce the incidents from the users side from around 100 per week, to 2 per week.

We use it mainly for Phishing. It helps to proactively detect and prevent using its best in policies

Very Easy tool for the understanding and provides all the necessary stats for investigation

There is nothing for the dislike need some improvements on the latest GenAI tech

It is our Email Seucrity Solution in our organisation and its doing good

Support can be a bit wanky at time, GUI is dated.

PoD is used to replace our email filtering solution. Its used to filter email for around 25000 users.

Industry leading product and excellent support, tricky to optimise

Industry leading, with excellent filtering, spam protection, phishing protection. Next generation threat management and email analysis and multi layered protection. Relatively straightforward to integrate, with good integrations available (almost) out of the box

It can be challenging to optimise, and there have been issues with false positives and misdirected emails
