Care workflows have become faster as accurate translations have supported daily audio transcription

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for DeepScribe is care. I have to transcribe Booker audio as a specific example of how I use DeepScribe in my daily work.

What is most valuable?

DeepScribe offers a translation service that is valuable for my work. The quality of the translation service is what I appreciate most. DeepScribe has positively impacted my organization by speeding up the time to market. It saves me about 10% of my time and affects my daily tasks significantly.

What needs improvement?

I believe X can be improved to enhance DeepScribe.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using DeepScribe for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

DeepScribe is stable in my experience.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

DeepScribe's scalability for my needs is good.

When I transcribe audio from Booker, I need to deny the report with those transcripts afterward. I have no advice to give to others looking into using DeepScribe. I would rate this product an 8.

AI transcription has streamlined clinical documentation and has reduced prescription errors

What is our primary use case?

DeepScribe helps with medical prescriptions in my hospital to reduce the time required for documentation.

What is most valuable?

DeepScribe's best feature is its ability to translate all requirements into text forms. When DeepScribe translates all requirements into text forms, we use it to maintain all patient clinical information with complete medical details and signals.

DeepScribe has impacted my organization positively with better accuracy, as it reduces a significant number of errors. Accuracy has improved, and we have decreased errors by 30% since using DeepScribe.

What needs improvement?

I believe that DeepScribe could be improved by adding a human-in-the-loop component to the process.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using DeepScribe for one year.

What other advice do I have?

I purchased DeepScribe through the AWS Marketplace. The advice I would give to others looking into using DeepScribe is to start with a proof of concept. I find this interview valuable. My review rating for this product is 8 out of 10.

Make the authentication process easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The team provides useful advice to prevent them in the future. The transcription process itself is highly impressive. DeepScribe consistently improves its interface through updates. They give the best customer support. Time efficiency is the most reliable thing in this software. Don't need to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
DeepScribe does save time in charting, but I still find myself spending a significant amount of time editing notes for accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepScribe resolves communication problems between doctors. It is providing facilitates face-to-face conversations. This positively impacts our business by enhancing care quality and satisfaction levels.

Captures the nuance

What do you like best about the product?
My patients will at times speak to things that I may not have caught during the visit that lends itself to differential diagnoses. I am very happy to have this in the room with me
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing that needs to happen, however, the support staff are very responsive and take the time to understand and fix problems that arise. There aren't a lot of mistakes, but they do happen

Allowing me to spend more time talking to the patient than charting. I am better able to listen to patient's concerns and capture the important details that a patient may be speaking to

Great tool for those crunched for time, but...

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate notes for the most part.
No time caps for recording appointments, (ours are 60 mins long!)
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get too wordy and redundant from section to section.
Have to correct a few things before finalizing note, more often than not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing a SOAP Note for us is a huge leap for our productivity, even though it is not perfect. I would love to have option to make custom prompts.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use dictation to help save me time on my documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the microphone to dictate, you cannot leave it for an extended period and come back to dictating. Deepscribe will upload to the portal within 30 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepscribe benefits me by saving me time on my charting.

Time saver and increased billing

What do you like best about the product?
It does an amazing job at compiling the HPI.
It helps to track my time while in the room with the patient. I never realized the amount of time. Able to bill high with time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have an Interface wiht intergy erm.
Does not always pick up the plan as well while with the patient. I typically have to redictate my plan. Many times I feel as if my note is not reviewed by a person after not is completed there is many errors spelling and grammar

When I directing dictate into the note I am not able to make it go to the next line. Other systems I can say paragraph or next line. This would help break up the continuous dictation.

Having me pick the gender. Many times it would get it wrong.
