Zilla has helped us automate and streamline access reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Zillas has provided a clean user interface and a platform that our users have found easy to work with. They respond quickly to our tickets and requests, and their customer support is a pleasure to work with. They release features and enhancements regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zilla is still a young company, and the product is in the middle stage. There are bugs, which are rarely blockers in our operation but which do effect us. Zilla's customer support is very responsive and helpful in getting these resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we bought Zilla, we did not have a centralized, auditable system for user access reviews. We are now benefitting from the ability to construct quarterly access reviews campaigns for our most sensitive systems and involve all the stakeholders without a lot of manual work.
Great upgrade to prior solution
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is very intuitive for users to understand and utilize. The most common term we hear from our users is that it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a way to customize existing reports or create custom reports.

Zilla is a great security product
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using the Zilla Security product, and I am highly impressed with its functionality and ease of use. What do you dislike about the product?
i cannot think of anything I dislike about Zilla security at this time. It seems to check all the boxes we need to conduct business and ensure our systems remain safe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zilla is helping our organization solve network security threats, data protection, and ensuring we're compliant with various security standards. The features it provides has had a significant impact on our organization.
Solid Solution with ease of use. Running right away
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. Great UI and the logic makes perfect sense. The setup is easy and the value is right away. The automation of timing of review is very helpful and strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a place to see how others use this tool. What is considered best practice and how to achieve that. I feel on my own about how I design and gather results. Don't get me wrong. Zilla solves all of my needs. I'm just curious on how others use it? Maybe I'm missing portions of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access reviews is the main solution. The scheduling of access reviews is very solid and used strongly by me. So a scheduled quarterly access review is extremely easy to setup and use.
Great concept and works great when not glitching or bugging out.

I like how integrated the CyberArk Identity platform is, and how it is also multiple platform compatible.

There are a good amount of bugs/glitches.

I use CyberArk Identity to get access to the systems I need to solve customer and client technical issues.

If your looking for a good secure system to house the sofware for your employees to do their jobs, this is a great platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
CyberArk does not have that much penetration in the Global market as industries peer sometimes have support issues coming in pictures. However, still, they have an excellent TAC team that prompts to support each technical problem.

Idaptive has a great interface, easy to use and very intuitive, Everything is on one menu that you can drill down to what you want

Provisioning is limited to specific vendors and needs improvement

What do you like best about the product?
This incredible tool is ideal because it allows me access to services with an adaptable section and gives me ample support for a variety of applications. It also gives me a very essential and very useful support to solve situations in a faster way. And above all I have the possibility to add additional functions since they are very good and very easy to implement. It is even a very reliable and safe tool where I get an important function since it is easy to integrate with other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No inconvenient has been presented to me at this time since the technical situations have been resolved quite quickly. Otherwise I would like them to implement more applications since they are very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use excellent service because it has given us great help in the centralization of information and applications as it provides us with a unique login experience for many applications. And on the other hand to obtain multiple options for groups or roles to connected applications. We emphasize that Idaptive is the best for our current and future needs and that it offers us good benefits in the company.

Idaptive is great because it adapts very well to the integration of applications and has a very easy to use configuration since its possibilities for configuration are very useful. It is really very suitable for IT systems and a unique login in addition to allowing you to share applications with other users without having to connect a corporate account.
Security and high caliber tools
What do you like best about the product?
Support and account management is the best thing I have experienced with this program. It is very good resolves in great shape the requests. I liked multifactor authentication before accessing centralization. With this feature, I am sure that my account is secure and that nobody can access it. The administration of the platform is also very intuitive because the new user interface is friendly. It is good to note that the ability to manage passwords for applications is very fast and of great maneuver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that certain integrations are left out; There are several applications that can be integrated, which would be great to be able to establish strategic synchronizations and with greater security. A particular fact that I could observe is that the advanced tab in the configuration of the application is not easy to use, especially if a person does not have a coding fund.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, its use has allowed us to have a unique session which gives us a lot of security and confidence. We chose this program at the time since we were not safe and with high threats of violation to our integration to the web. We can join macs to the domain without any setback, this we did not expect at all. However, we take advantage of this function and we liked the results.

Suitable for many companies, it is very receptive to feedback with its support. He solve challenging problems and give tons of security to anyone who needs confidence in their workflow. Check it yourself with its use.
Quick and simple multi-site sign-in
What do you like best about the product?
Idaptive makes it so easy for us to easily and quickly sign in to all the sites we need to use at any and all of our locations onsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes forget passwords and usernames and need to be reset, but this is rare and not that difficult to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several worksites throughout the Park and Idaptive makes it simple for us to quickly sign in and access all of our websites and information in one fell swoop. It cuts back on time wasted and easily forgotten passwords and sign-ins.
