What do you like best about the product?
The level of attention during the POC has been far surpassed during the implementation phase. The support and flexibility has been a great experience

There were a few functions unique to our access that the system was not designed for. They are working with us to get them added so, the things I don't like will disappear.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best reason why having a CyberArk Identity is one our organization was able to handle identities/user securely. It manages users password as well as monitors activity to prevent inside threats in our organization.

Most of the time when issues occurred, support team are too slow to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having CyberArk Identity helps our company to monitors users as well as the hassle of logging in to different applications. Having an CyberArk SSO and MFA is the best security that our company has.

What do you like best about the product?
CyberArk provides you with an easy user interface to connect with your machines. Also, it gives the environment for scalable security and RBAC. It gives you the Password, which is not easily cracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration of CyberArk with other applications would be challenging and complex, which would be difficult to manage and integrate with other complex IT operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Cyberark, we can provide access to the External team; maybe some time out of an organization, you need to give access to the Machines, in such a scenario Cyberark makes that flow smooth and easy to use.

We are using it for account creation and it really helps us for easy password rotation which we do it manually before.This tool is very firm and it continues to evolve.

The initial setup and configuration is difficult but we were able to finish the migration with the help of their support team.

This tool is expensive and the documentation is not that helpful. We needed to call a support team for us to proceed.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are a heavy cloud-using org, the API integrations are a true time saver and significantly streamline the audit process. The Support and Product teams are easy to work with and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex identity environments can be challenging. Multi-tenant, multi-domain and high rate of identity change has created several instances of manual account cleanup instead of automatically matching users to identities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zilla to help automate the quarterly access reviews. We can download and provide documented and detailed evidence to our auditors in just a few seconds. Using Zilla has made our reviews more accurate in less time, allowing us to cover many different systems without additional staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent UI and is very easy to use compared to its competitors. User access reviews are now a breeze. The Zilla team is easy to work with and feature requests are taken very seriously.

More application integrations would be nice.

The speed at which user access review campaigns can be created allows us to complete them more frequently.
