Hit the ground running
What do you like best about the product?
Sales and Ops Support has been the differentiator when compared to other competitor products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little confusing and I am a bit worried that I build something amazing but then it becomes to expensive to maintain with a big user base
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all my data in one place and then representing it in a way that allows my staff to improve their delivery
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Retool as a company have been great. With so many low code applications out there it's so hard to decide on which one. But their pre and after sales service has been amazing

Nice tool for quick app building
What do you like best about the product?
easy interface and the different components offering high flexibility while building
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its complicated to understand how certain UX could be implemented through the available components

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
building in house tools to facilitate data services and products and honestly your software is a life saver when it comes to fast launch of a specific service.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find the account and the transaction in question by having the download button available.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. The feedback is that I hope that Retool would like to have additional options in locating an account like CH first last name, email address, phone number, etc.

Great tool for building internal tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Retool to build UIs based on data from our database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, it hasn't been easy for me to utilize the rest endpoint that relies on pagination. Maybe I need to watch some tutorials or something, but I haven't figured it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem where we needed to show non-developers a quick snapshot of our database. There are other tools other than Retool that allow this, but they don't have the option to also call APIs.
Excellent app for quickly getting things done
What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility to create lots of different apps. The integrations with all the different third parties is really helpful. In other tools I had to map out the APIs for third parties. In Retool, the API already existed with hundreds of endpoints and the variables already mapped out so it made integration really easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a development background, it would be better to have more tools orientated to development of the javascript code
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly made small apps to solve simple business problems where they don't need full database access, but do need to update a few rows with some data, so we can restrict a db user to that and give them a functional user interfere to make it really simple and quick for them

Awesome! Best tool quickly create panels for internal teams
What do you like best about the product?
Its usability, very easy to drag and drop some UI elements and integrate with APIs or databases. Very easy to use for new developers or for those with less coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I feel is the role management. No options to restrict access to panels based on roles within the internal team. Also, there is no way to group certain panels by functionality or team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating panels for internal teams. It's so easy to use that even people with no coding experience are able to spin up tools for their own with minimal inputs from devs. Also easy to maintain with its version management system
Perfect tool for rapid development of Internal Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The various integrations, how easy it is to build new tools. The development is straightforward, and integration into Databases and other tools becomes very simple and can be done without the significant support of Software Engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of modules and queries become pretty hard to handle very quickly. It's missing features to help organize different elements of an application. Sutruuringing of modules and questions could be done better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending Engineering Resources on building internal management and Admin tools is a complex trade-off. Everyone knows it benefits internal processes in the long run, but it is harder to justify compared to customer requests and customer-facing features. So having a tool that significantly reduces the time required to build internal management and admin tools is a must-have. Retool is filling that perfectly.
Good tool but very slow

It help me in every field that I have,Its very easy to use and I can easily acces everything, so easy to adapt the changes as well.overall it's agood experience
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very slow like takes so much time to load whenever I try to open a page it takes 2,3 seconds and then that page will open, it's very disappointed and takes a lot of time

I am in quality team and I check all the answers provided by the students and tutors in one page so it's very easy for me to analyse the performance of tutors by retool over its very nice experience

What do you like best about the product?
Open source code helps in easy coding and integration as per our requirements. We used it to enhance the KYC module internally, and it gave us miracles. Small size, fast, and reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend data storage is linked to Sheets which is a significant dependency. It grows slow when the backend is full, which slows down the entire process related to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used the tool as a backend for the KYC database and the front end for KYC decision-making. Multiple dashboards run parallelly at the same time helped the business grow, and we have moved to the latest version of the same

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and simply works perfectly right out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all. It would be nice to see a summary of things that don't match up or don't exist (from misspellings).

Interacting with Snowflake database data without having the end users needing to know SQL.
