What do you like best about the product?
I liked the accessibility of the application as well as every detailing about my performance as well as incentives and points earned by me so I can track my records
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application takes a lot of time to open and because of heavy traffic it is difficult sometimes to check the details exactly when i am looking for it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it's solving the main problem which is keeping track of my performance and rewards won by me which is helping me to become more confident and focused towards my Goal
It's a useful App for staying updated.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm updated about where I am standing in terms of incentive . It am able to plan my work accordingly.I have recommended my junior colleagues also to follow this on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such disliking just that the app is a little complicated. There were issues for logging in the initial stages. After that it became easy. It can be a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting updated about my earning. This is the best possible thing. If you can navigate your earning the earnings can be increased further. Employee should feel on track.

Tracking the Incentives and rewards. It helps trace the incentive structure and the rewards the company offers. A very well organized structure to keep track of the schemes released by the organization.

Need some improvement on the interface it's very complicated when used for the first time. Need to get a simple format and data should be in numbers rather than animation.

Keeps updating day to day regarding the necessary targets or goals assigned by the organisation which in turn helps in better sales planning and target achieving.

The only thing which I would disklike is at times it takes a long period of time to load a page which makes me a bit irritated, it can work upon the bug fixing
