Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Moengage is very easy to use. Setting up the campaigns and marketing automation suite is really awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes more time to import users from csv file

Messaging made right!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly interface 2. Much convenient (Basis my experience with previous engagement tool) 3. Can send engagement campaigns to multiple platforms all in one go. 4. The reporting structure is very well designed. Had helped me a lot in terms of preparing engagement reports. 5. Analytics provides deep insights basis which the task of optimising campaigns, selecting segments becomes less hectic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at all mobile friendly. 2. Frequently takes time to load. (Homepage & even campaigns)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We selected Moengage as the expertise they could provide in the digital sphere really drew us. Their product innovation is second to none - they aren't just players in notifications, they are thought leaders. Their support and knowledge they provide, from our client manager to the free webinars they provide to get the most of the tools, are second to none. We look forward to many more years working together and growing on the impressive results we've achieved to date

Personalisation is key in digital marketing and the level of depth of the technical capabilities the Moengage platform offers has been critical in our cross-channel activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is very good and it take immediate action when some glitches are coming during the campaigns Moengage really help us to increase user retention and installation. Also, we are covering major audience through moengage tool where it's tokopedia users or anonymous user
What do you dislike about the product?
The bigquery can be much more self understood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moengage help us in covering major use case whether it's a retargeting campaign, price drop campaign. Helps to increase audience and conversion rate.
Good product for engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Journeys, simple and easy to use, can dissolve complex use cases into simpler ones
What do you dislike about the product?
API access, BQ accessibility, BigQuery tables for clients can be more self explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems regarding on boarding of users as well as building more accurate product recommendations, we can customize an already built feature and can also use an empty canvas.
Better Alternative for clevertap
What do you like best about the product?
Product evolved completely from what it was few months ago, there have been a lot of developments and feature enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could have been better, It's lil expensive than clevertap

Marketing campaigns can be analyzed better with features of segmentation, funnels and user targeting which we use daily

Its still product going rapid change. expect some bugs and quick resolutionm

Targeting ads and in app notifications with MoEngage
Good to help jumpstart but unable to scale and grow along (especially on more complex issues)
What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage provides a good start for standard use cases but when trying to go deeper to integrate more complex use cases, MoEngage tends to stutter and fail to deliver the use cases. The response rate of the service is also relatively slow in comparison to others. They tend to provide slow responses and only manage to get things up and running based after of near the agreed timeline (tend to be over most of the time).
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage is not good enough in catering complex use cases as the company grows from basic usages to more customized ones. The customization is not even at the level of total customization. Considering the investment and implication of integrating it within the app, I think this is one of the biggest blocking of all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
basic automation and solving common use cases is quick with MoEngage but need to be wary on the scale and specific use cases that can be solved using MoEngage. Looking back, MoEngage is growing together with the company but they couldn't catch up when we manage to grew faster than MoEngage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to solve basic needs quick and fast, MoEngage would be the right solution but if you require something more, MoEngage might not be the best option for your problem

What do you like best about the product?
It has almost everything that is required for user engagement. From notifications to e mailers, SMS to smart triggers it's got everything. Additionally, the ease of using (Planning + Execution) is way better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes lot of time to load in Google Chrome. Nothing else so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anything and everything that is related to user engagement. Our business basically aims at entertaining the masses on regular basis. Moengage plays a very important role in doing so. So far I have used push notification, emailers, in-app nativ's and flow.
