Best analytics tools for product growth
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard, it's really helpful and contain so many on point information. The UX also good, I have no difficulty while use it.
What i really love more is their fast response support. I'm a tech guy, so I have one or two questions and not very good implementation when using MoEngage, but they really helpful, a very fast response support and it makes me comfortable to have collaboration with MoEngage.

What do you dislike about the product?
I might not like the documentation on how to implement the SDK. I'm using hybrid, and the documentation is not really helpful. But lately they working more on the documentation, so it's pretty clear now. I respect their effort on making engineer comfortable when implement MoEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage help me to have a really easy access to do push notification, analytics, user acquisition in only one place. It's really good tools to communicate our product to the user. Now, targeting audience and creating strategy for growth team is easier than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many things you can do with MoEngage. I really love how they handle push notification, it's easy to use and the analytics view is just perfect. I really recommend you to use this if you have a target to grow your product. The dashboard is really easy to use, and there is a team to assist you, and they're really reliable. I'm a very happy customer, they really doing good in assisting, technical, advices, and strategic.

Some features are confusing, and there are many bugs such as released campaigns not having the correct conditions entered originally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
targeted campaigns, according to user characteristics. I can also send push notifications and emails according to time elapsed. Benefits include that we can track the progress of a certain campaign and see if the campaign worked according to our hypotheses. We also use the A/B testing feature, and Sherpa feature to see which types of copy work best for our target users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MoEngage has a lot of interesting features but you will need to spend some time playing with it and exploring it to truly get the benefits of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tech, engineer support team + customer service representatives. A powerful dashboard that gives us options to play around especially with push notifications for different platforms - Web, Android, and iOS. Useful features - for example: Key metrics configuration, segmentation, campaign groupings, analytics, events logging, integration validation, easy role/permission settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delay in recognizing or profiling users (sometimes logged-in users is detected as guest) - although this seems quite inevitable at most cases, limitation to export details of each push notification campaign, specific features that sometimes are not flexible enough with exact business requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling Push Notifications for app users (Android + iOS). More tractions and activations. A lot of indirect benefits that are driven by engaging our app users which we never able to do before we integrated MoEngage with both our Android + iOS apps. By sending different push notification we learn new things every day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use all campaign features and consult carefully with your CSR representatives, invite and involve tech team since day 1 as much as possible to get directly into the problem and how the team can solve it in the fastest way.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization available and control over the minute details which is usually templated. The level of custom use-cases we are able to achieve using this tool is vast and at the same time very useful in making the communications very contextual and personalized.
The Customer Success team is very active in making sure we achieve our use-case. They will help you along the way in making sure that we are on the right path. At the same time, the quarterly reviews with them give an idea and help you understand what works and what does not.

What do you dislike about the product?
The campaign setup is a bit lengthier. It takes quite some time to set it up. Another thing is that features are not universal. For example, Sherpa is not available across all channels. This causes issues while setting up similar campaigns across all channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently trying to create the Re-Marketing funnel optimization using the automations by making sure all the channels are inter-linked. This has helped in optimizing costs across channels for our re-marketing costs but at the same time, we have been able to make sure a user is not bombarded with Ads or communications which helps in making sure the user journey is very seamless.

Amazing support team. Tools are always evolving and the best part with MoEngage is that they are continuously in touch with you to make sure that they build whatever is required.

Able to increase user engagement on the app. Convert inactive user back to active user.
