Moengage has terrific people working for them superb Product too
What do you like best about the product?
Its a must have for B2C companies, Customer engagement is a must in todays digital world and Moengage provide all what is required.
The Interface is really neat and clean.

Customer Engagement using a Single platform- where you can send SMS, WhatsApp, Emails, Push Notification, Web Push and that too

Hello Moengage, We have been using moengage since last 5 months for Push and Emails for my company.
What do you like best about the product?
The super easy POC connect. I have Ayushi Gupta as our POC from Moengage and she is super available for any query.
Fav Feature: The target-based SMS setting, can go hand in hand for a business like us which is highly target-based, and not all users need to get our content.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike but a little feedback for some additions to make it better for new people to use it.
You can add a "i" that is a little information above new things and query report parameters for us to understand the elements in a better way in our day to day work on moengage.
When we add a segment for PNs we are unable to see it our email front, maybe you can somehow get that segment to be visible while sending emails as well.

We are sending emails and PNs on daily basis to huge amount of our users.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage has given us a great platform to automating campaigns and enabling superior customer engagement. We were never able to do this as effectively as before

Documentation can be automated i.e. more video tutorials can help us get quicker access to information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purely focus on customer onboarding and engagement cycle so that we have greater LTV and more rentention. The platform has largely enabled us to do that.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is very good tool for creating campaign for many kind of channel. Start from notification, SMS, Email, In-App or Pop Up, Desktop Notification, and Social Media using the connector feature

MoEngage will has better UI than now, and i hope it has good report for Campaign Flow feature

We can maintenance retention with user, targeting the right users, send campaign to users in the right time.

We have been using MoEngage from past the 2.5 years, the product has really evolved over time. It has really helped us to scale our marketing and campaign strategy. The segmentation and campaign delivery via various mediums are pretty powerful and help us to target relevant customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be made much better

MoEngage helped us in targetting users in multiple scenarios who are at different levels of the purchase journey. We can segment users according to our business needs and offer them personalized offers and variable pricing. The different segmented delivery methods (especially on-site messaging and user flows) have helped us to reach out to relevant users and increase subscriptions.

We like the professional support we are getting from the MoEngage support team and how dedicated is our success manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't support storing data on EU servers to enable some features. It is important for us as it is a requirement by our DP officer

Simple UI with multiple templates and a huge offerings of Push Notification ( General/In App/Smart Triggered etc). They provide a detailed and in depth analysis of the user engagement.
A/B Testing, Segmented Users, Tracked Attributes, are the offerings which this tool offers.
Geo Fencing - Location based push notification is again a huge value addition to Travel & Food Industry.
Analytics section gives a complete overview of the journey and engagement and can provide major insights to take a call on campaign curation/audience to reach and what to offer.

Simply a complete CRM package and a must have if you wish to excel in retention marketing.

Analytics is just starting out. Data integration needs to be perfect otherwise one can lose out on campaign creation and implementation

Love how easy Moengage do targeting and personalize our costumer. The dashboard also quite help marketers doing marketing automation seamlessly. We also can understand user journey better when we using Moengage.
Another features that will be a good help for us digital marketers are variations of marketing automation campaign that we can create easily without involving tech team. There are several campaign I used regularly such as smart trigger push notification and email marketing.

Overall we haven't found any feature in Moengage that we dislike yet, only several feature like custom dashboard need a little improvement and they already working on the improvement earnestly.

With Segmentation feature, I can understand better what users want when they using our apps by seeing their detailed journey inside Treya app.
With campaign feature, I can target specific users with several type of campaign and create multiple content. I also can do A/B test easily when creating marketing automation campaign such as push notification, email marketing, and in-app native without budging out tech guy.
With flow campaign feature, I can a seamless combined campaign between push notification and email marketing to match our costumer's journey. This kind of campaign really help my team learning about the behavior of each users
