What do you like best about the product?
They provide us with dedicated account manager, to keep monitoring our progress and performance, and how to implement MoEngage features correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes hard to understand how to use the fields inside dashboard, based on name of field
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, We hard to determine drop of number of activation, and with MoEngage We can easily understand which steps We need to fix

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is solution-oriented and super helpful in resolving issues. Love the ease of setting up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if MoEngage can enhance its features for AB testing to include variances besides simply changing text across campaigns. There are so many things our team would love to test like frequency of sending campaigns / timing of sending campaigns and we would love to be able to set up experiments quickly and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with our customers across channels (email / push / SMS)

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using MoEngage for my firm from the past 5 months. I must say it has been an amazing tool in understanding user behaviors, engaging them with effective notifications with varieties of Push, Inapps etc. The analytics features have been great in getting insights from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to be disliked. Though the constraint in days in fetching the data for a specified days has been hindrance sometimes. :) But we understand the intent behind it so it is bearable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, engaging user & retaining them is a primary KPI. With the help of MoEngage, we have been able to meet the KPIs target quiet well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your purpose is to engage users, then go for Moengage tool. It is easy, effective, & serves your purpose.

- Incompleted campaign data to export e.g. there's no report for the onsite campaign
- GMV amount can't be tracked

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, MoEngage is really easy to use especially for analytics and segmentation even if you have not worked on similar software in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is easy to use, I think in analytics and segmentation there are limitations that might be a bit difficult for me to meet my complex needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, I used MoEngage for tracking and analysis data. So, MoEngage really helps me to get insight into solving some problems

I like the whole UI/ UX experience. It is easy to navigate.
