Data Discrepancy among conversion metrics between Moenage and Google/Adobe Analytics playforms.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Track end-to-end user journey, dropoffs and behavior of the user
2. Mobile notifications are made easy for multiple channels like whatsapp and SMS, but the push Notification is a game changer for us
3. Marketing automation is made easy which is personalized and easy to communicate with the users
What do you dislike about the product?
1. SOS login and loading of the website takes some time to proceed
2. Navigation can be improved

We are able to track the user journey, learn more about the user interest and have personalized offers and integration with our users . We will know end to end behaviours as well

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing about the moengage is the user-friendly interface. And also faster than any tools I used before. Good experience with Campaigns & other metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not completely satisfied when it comes to some of the features we can't open in a new tab of the browser. That's the only thing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Activation was one of the major problems we were facing. We can analyse the data and Activate the users by using moengage campaigns.

The team is extremely proactive and supportive, makes collaboration easier.

Lead time in launching new features.
The user database maintenance (faced issues containing duplication of user IDs)

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage helped us greatly with its Engage - Campaign feature, allowing us to easily setup and manage our campaigns in one place. Additionally, it also provides clear information and analytics, for us to measure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to use the Whatsapp Connector feature but with the same capability as if we use Whatsapp in MoEngage native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We used to have no clear metric measurement and analytics for app notifications
- We had low click rate and conversions (average) for our push notifications, this is solved with segmented user feature in MoEngage
- Long development time for marketing campaign features for in-house CMS
