MoEngage helps in marketing and growth, creating user flow, and user journey, and helping me with marketing growth.

Integration processing is complicated, Data discrepancy seems sometimes, and Features are expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Good account management and support team! They are always ready to assist with any inquiry or concern.

The MoEngage platform is highly intuitive and has comprehensive tools to help us connect with our customers effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for MoEngage can be steep, especially for those who don't have experience in marketing automation. With the many documentation and resources available, some users find it challenging to get up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through MoEngage we will be able to move out of the manual process of selecting customers and sending out the communication for each part of the journey. MoEngage simplifies this process for us and we will only use one platform for all our communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Our campaigns are easier to set up and reasonable assistance comes from the MoEngage team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our concerns took a while to resolve, but the team persisted in ensuring these issues were addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing campaign automation, customer engagement, and retention campaigns are just a few. Due to MoEngage's capabilities, we were able to implement different types of campaigns and determine which of them works the best.

Great service for multi-channel communications

What do you like best about the product?
AI tool that can optimize for best time to send, so as a marketer you don't have to keep analyzing and figuring that out. We're also able to schedule multi-channel communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations for React Native apps and once every couple of months there are issues with PNs or in-apps but the MoEngage team is always ready to help us troubleshoot it.

Providing a personalized marketing communication platform for our active channels

What do you like best about the product?
this is the second platform i used for EDM sendout and i prefer this better than the old one. more user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I upload customer lists into this platform and sometimes it it too slow. and it is also capped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tailor fitting comms for each customer. We use it primarily for direct communications.

Most helpful is strong team behind MoEngage. They are committed to help us deliver the best experiences to consumers.

Based on my experience, journey analytics dashboard and onsite messaging functions could be improved a lot better in MoEngage.

MoEngage solves mainly customer engagement challenges such as low user engagement, conversion, and limited customer insights issues. It allows us to engage with our customers efficiently through various channels, deliver personalized messaging, and gain valuable analytics.
