One of the Best Tools of retention marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Best tool for retention marketing campaign.
Omni channel marketing.
One Tool Mutliple channel like- can send App and web push notification, SMS, Email, Whatsapp.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Reach through App push notification.
Reporting in not accurate.
Difficulty in using DPM(Dyanamic product messaging) feature as it require little bit of coding skill.
Customer support is not good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moengage is helping in successfully managing our rentention campaign. We can send both app and web push notification through single campaign.
Flow are good as we can touch users on multiple channel within a single flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I liked about Moengage is that we can create a segment,then run campaign on that same segment and then analyze the same results using its advance features
What do you dislike about the product?
The 2 things I didn't like about Moengage was first sometimes I felt the dashboard was little slow which delayed campaigns and second that many of the features are paid

Moengage is a great tool for marketers to engage their customers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that how easy it is in Moengage to send emails , push and on-site to the customers. One more thing that i like is that moenage enable me to analyze data of my campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about moengage is that there is very less personalization on the platform. Also i found that sometimes data is not correctly mapped .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that moengage solved for me in my job was that it enabled me to create journeys for my users.It has benefitted me as i can also download and analyze data of the journey.

I like the best about its advanced marketing analytics capabiities where at BqPrime we were able to analyze any cohort or segment and analyze them

Some features were paid and some of them were complex to use as a intern when I used to work at BqPrime

It helped me with an overall picture of Marketing Analytics from Campaign Management, Advance Dashboards, and KPIs

What I personally didn't like was its data export pattern where the data had to be cleaned before it was ready for analysis

It helped me analyse our campaigns which had Open rates, Impressions and CTR by which we predicted our revenue
