Insights led Engagement is the key to scale the business
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing I liked is Customer centric experience. That is very important because time span of user is very less so good to have more delightful experience for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Awareness is very less of the MoEngage and need to talk more about performance centric case studies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the personalised experience for users and integrate with whatsapp to reach more relevant audiences. This is eventually helping lower funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage gives vast advantages over other CRM tools present in the market with its innovative ideas to improve the overall campaigns and journeys better.
The usecases provided by the team to experiment and Excel always brings in a new experience to work with.
The ease and flow of the system is also really good where in its easily understandable and in case any changes are needed even that is extremely easy to implement.
My organisation has got one of the best responses across the CRM tool due to its usage and worth that it gives back.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike cause as soon as I have issues across the platform. The POC Mr. Abhinandan and support team is always there with prompt replies and solutions to take care of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve the problem of engagement across my app and web. And it had been really successful in doing the same.
Gamechanger for retargeting and remarketing
What do you like best about the product?
I am growth marketer and was strugling to improve the cac and repeat rate. But after i started using moengage marketing automation tool. I saw a great lift in repeat rate that led to reduction of cac. Best part of moengage is that its very user friendly and instant support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure was little complicated as there are lot of advance features which i missed out on some when i signed up. I think if that can be more simplfied it would work great.

Moengage is able to help us in setting up marketing automation and optimizing our spend in right chanel.

MoEngage helped us in our 0-1 user growth journey while providing a very user friendly interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is super fast and anyone can learn how to use it within a raw hours. I can integrate all my communication channels as well.

I don't think there is any such point. I have never faced any issues with the platform.

We launched a product that was very new for the Indian financial ecosystem and hence it was important to understand the customer during each phase of our growth. MoEngage helped us identify those levers that helped us grow in the last 18 months from 40L per month to 5cr per month of disbursement (loan amount).

We can duplicate campaign and easily copy app push content to web push.

We have personalised our message according to user name or location and this lead us to get more engagement. or i can say that CTR is good in personalize message notification.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I have liked about MoEngage is the ability to set up very very complex flows involving multiple iterations and check, time delays, conditional splits etc. Moreover, the Intelligent Optimiser feature has often helped me set up A/B tests without having a clear idea of how to categorise a user as a test group or control group user. Some of the service providers that we use for SMS, WAP and Email have a native integration with MoEngage, which further simplifies our problem of tracking data points related to performance of communication campaigns. Their support team is also very active once we reach out to them clearly with screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use MoEngage everyday and have seen that the challenges that I have faced with MoEngage are very trivial. One such use-case where I felt that MoEngage could do better was that it has no UI for setting up chatbot flows for WhatsApp. Similarly, there is no option of integrating IVR campaign data with WhatsApp and SMS in flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company's entire outbound communication flow is served through MoEngage, be it bulk-reachout to prospective customers or engaging our existing customers. Even generation of campaign reports, identifying target segments, analysing product feature data -- everything is done by our team on MoEngage.
