What do you like best about the product?
The Tackle platform makes it easy for us to transact with multiple cloud providers via one platform. And once an offer is made to a partner (via CPPO) or to a customer (via PO), we receive updates on each step taken. It makes it seamless for every member of our team to know where we are in the transaction process. The Customer Support is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Finally, integrating and implementing Tackle was a breeze and saved our engineering staff tons of time and cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tackle Team is great about staying on top of the new features that get added by the hyperscalers and quickly enables their platform to offer that feature to its users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing Marketplace offers to partners and customers, understanding propensity to buy for our customers, integrating with our salesforce for registering opportunities, showing propensity to buy and creating offers, creating pipeline, providing insights on our deals, making our lives easier when it comes to transacting deals via the marketplace.
